I’ve lived in the area for over 10 years, constantly ordering from this place.without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever received my order is always last to be taken or arrives later then other.I don’t if it’s because I’m a female or because I’m black.I wouldn’t recommended.

I always go here after gym for the freshly grilled spicy chicken with rice. Beats even rhe top restaurants such as nandos etc. Good quality chicken never had a bad meal from them yet. ?

One worker in specific was taking the piss. I was there for long waiting for a small order and there where people who got in after me and got there food before me. Don’t order with the guy with orange/brown hair!

On top of that he kept playing with his face which I thought was quite unhygienic.The food was average and I will never be eating there again.They don't even deserve 1 star

Honestly I've been coming to this place for years and quite frankly I've had enough and NEVER GOING BACK! My mum is suffering with food poisoning from eating your grilled chicken. Bacillus cereus is the name of the food poisoning type that the hospital said my mum has. When I was growing up Chicken Cottage used to be the best chicken shop in the game but over the years I've been seeing some disgusting unhygienic people being employed where I have to refused to be served by that person. Not to mention they are selective on who they want to serve and would deliberately ignore anyone who isn't of Asian culture. Not to mention they don't clean their chicken wings properly and cook them with visible feathers coming out of it. I've had hair in my barbecue chicken and all sorts. Honestly I am done with selekt chicken because they aren't selecting the correct kind of sanitary staff to serve food. This review has been a long time coming!I'm also reporting them to the council as I saw another review where someone had food poisoning
