Update:Went in after many moons ordering ahead again, in belief that things might have changed. I was very wrong.I went into the store at an earlier time as I was close by. There was no one in the store and after waiting a while for someone to serve me, a man came from behind the back and asked what's up. I said I made an online order and he replied "7:45 yes?"I said yes, and he said ok. He went back to around the back and no one was there for a few minutes. I had a peek around the back and saw the same man eating and watching Netflix. I understand he might have been on a break, so I asked him if anyone is available to start making my ordered as I'm here. He said no he's the only one here and he's on break. He made me wait until he was finished eating and then started making my order. If I had told him I was making a new order, would he have started straight away?This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, and I also query this man's health and safety policies, as he seems to think that a few cameras put up will save him in the event of a robbery. I will never get food from here again and this dude needs to be investigated.Original:Ordered ahead, was told to repeat the order for all the subs I ordered because someone couldn't be bothered to print off the order receipt. Followed by "you paid for the extra hash browns? Show me your order"

Staff lied about not being in the participating store for redeeming the coupon. When I checked in the website,this store is a part of it. I had to pay full price and couldn't use the coupon. Very frustrated and disappointed with the dishonesty.

This subway not deserve even one Star......I was eating inside. The staff told to delivery driver 30 minute...For just one order....He wasn't busy.....Just talking on phone....Improper Management....4 Delivery driver came for same order...still he not doing anything.....May be owner give him less wages....or unhappy.

I’ve been to the subway a few times now and the sandwiches there are good but the service is quite horrible. The person serving me wasn’t very polite and didn’t listen to me at all. Definitely need for fix this.

Quick easy nutritious sandwich & my favourite pitstop in Preston Road - admittedly it's the only sandwich shop. Little, did I know that the bread has a high sugar content.
