Update : 03.04.2023The owner responded to my complaint and apologised for the managers actions and promised improvements, and a small offer of compensation was accepted.The manager also apologised, and I explained that we must ensure we remain proffestional, open and honest at all times.I will visit the buisness again in the near future, and apply further updates.I ammended the initial review of 1 star to 3 stars, on this update.Dear everyoneSubways standards are also falling and they trying to poison you in my opinion.I had a poor encounter today, with staff and a supposedly manager.They couldn't tell what were the ingredients in chilli sauce when consumed leaves staines on hand with a staining colour, like the chilli sauce has colouring in the bottle.The managers people skills, body language, and knowledge was poor. I'm sure he does good on other days but today it was like he couldn't be a man and be transparent with ingredients, plus it was like he was a scared.He also seemed sad and like he didn't want to do the role.I can understand, however, it is no way to treat customers.Kindness, empathy and proffestionalism is a personal value, you shouldn't change for anyone.

The staff is so confused, I came there with 3 friends and they couldn’t make 4 sandwiches without struggling for some reason, they made it look like the hardest thing in the world, it’s actually funny but it’s not worth enough to return here.

Walking in was because my friend was sitting at the window. A big mistake as I got the feeling the place was not the cleanest Subway I have visited. The staff busy texting and even though a nice smiling young lady it may have been her first ever baggest , as that's how it seemed. Looking up I went for the budget meal deal just to find the £6 plus rose to over £10 at the till? Make sure you ask for what is on the screen and not an unknown charge. I just hate the feeling of sitting eating in what I felt was not as hygienic as hopped. Saying that I that it may well pass all the standards required and I may just B a piain.

Terrible terrible location. My order got delivered completely wrong so instead of two foot long sandwich and wedges I got 6 inch sub. When I called the restaurant I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do about it just give me refund like how unprofessional can you be. I’m sending an email to head office regarding that issue as this is not a normal response to the situation

I am very disappointed with their service. Never visit this store. I requested flaming hot nachos, which were made on paper and brought to me with paper within sauce and cheese sticks on paper, which were uneatable. My money and time have been completely wasted.

Awful customer service. Staff don't pay attention if there's 3 or more customers. They seem to become confused. Wrong sandwich was given at the till at which point it had been wrapped. I would assume it would be mine as surely it can't be hard to keep in check whose sandwich belongs to who. Got home and realised they gave the wrong sandwich. You're better of going somewhere else.

Was served by a lady called pallvi although customer service was okay she did not change gloves between customers and handled money aswell , she only took her gloves off after serving me when she had served another person right before hand. Suppose I was allergic to something? And handling money and food with the same gloves? I did basic subway training and you're supposed to change gloves between meat and veg and customers.
