Food was OK, but not pleased with the fact they added their "optional" team tip without telling us. The payment was by card only and that's the price they charged us, without even asking if we wanted to leave a tip. Tips should always be voluntary!

It's one of the worst Zizzi’s we have ever been to.Where to start?- The restaurant was cold (maybe they are trying to save on the energy bills!)- The staff couldn’t get a simple order right. They seemed to focus more on take-way orders than the customers, and you could not get their attention.- The food was overcooked and tasteless. Even a chocolate melt was cold.Usually, you don't expect much from branches located in shopping centres, but this branch was a real disappointment.

Very nice and delicious food. Pizza and desert as well as aperol was good.The staff was weird (fighting between each other and ignoring us for long time, oh well, happens to everyone).

Ordered the hot smoked salmon carbonara. After the starter it took an hour for the main dish to arrive. When it arrived the pasta looked dry as if it had been prepared and had been sitting for a while. The sauce was grainy and powdery. The meal was cold when it arrivedTiramisu was ordered for dessert and it was like eating cream with dry brown bread and a sprinkle of coffee on top.

It took a long time before we could order even though it wasn’t busy at all and all food that came to our table was cold. The people working (at least the 2 dealing with us) were very friendly and helpful.

Staying local overnight came out to eat here had a lovely meal and on non match days you can double up Tesco clubcard points which is a bonus :)Parking: Red car park is closest.

Had this as a delivery. Food was lovely and hot when arrived. The only issue I have which is nothing really but they could do with providing forks that don’t melt when you dig into your pasta haha! Floppy forks are no good for anyone.But all in all I’d most certainly order againVegetarian options: Many vegetarian/vegan options availabile

The food was okay, just what you’d expect, but not for the extortionate price. We ordered 2 meat pizzas and one vegan one to takeaway which was £17 alone!!! The vegan one was half the size of the meat ones and was incredibly bland. The service was awful. The brunette lady who served us at 7:30pm on 9th October was INCREDIBLY rude and rolled her eyes at us multiple times throughout the night, almost like we were an inconvenience to her. I went to the toilet and my elderly mother was left alone at the table, the sever brought the card machine over without being asked when I wasn’t at the table. My mother in law couldn’t see the card machine properly and the server added the service charge on herself!!! Our bill was £64 originally and my mother in law was confused when we left asking why she paid “70 something” and we were not given a receipt afterwards so I did now know that she did this. I was going to ask to remove service charge altogether as the experience was terrible and extremely unwelcoming but I wasn’t at the table when she took the payment. I’m disgusted that this lady took advantage of an elderly lady who was on her own. I have worked in hospitality myself for 10 years and would never treat customers like she did, no matter if she was tired or busy (even though the restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived). Would not be going back again. Her attitude stank and I will be reporting this to head office.

It could have been a better experience if they had more staff available as we had to ask several times to get the waiter to order. Food was cold.

Really mixed experience. We arrived at 1130 before the Community Shield. Unable to book so came early. No need until perhaps 1pm. Poor marketing decision as the place was only half full - definitely put people off coming when they knew it wasn’t bookable . . At one stage there was a queue and yet we counted 5 empty tables? Good sharing starters but the mains were disappointing. . Pizzas were poor and two of our group ordered the same chicken schnitzel meal and so different. My special tagliatelle mixed seafood had solid pasta. The manager deducted from the bill but the meal should never have been served like that. I cut off the terrible rock hard pasta and the rest was good but my meal was spoilt. Our original server was great but I think she went for a break and the others were slow.

No greeting at the entry by the manager. The manager seems not too bothered about the customers. It felt as he was draging himself around. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff serving on table did not even bothered to respond to anything we say. All she did was staring at out faces, took the payment and then walked off. No wonder why it was all empty in there. Other restaurants beside it are far better. AVOID THIS PLACE.

We arrived and were told there was a wait of 15 mins even though there was some empty tables available. We ended up waiting 35 mins and when finally seated, we then waited about 20 mins for a waiter to even get our drink order. We placed our order right away and waited another 40 mins for the food to arrive. We ordered appetizers and a main course along with a child’s meal. They also ran out of bread for our appetizers. They also forgot my sons ice cream that they specifically said we had to order as it comes as a “meal” with my sons order.

As soon as I arrived I felt the hostility from the. Manager christopher he didn’t welcome me and my guest and didn’t want to give us a a seat inside the restaurant and leave they are no seats for you guys and the store was half empty. While I was standing there he said I can only have takeaway and to leave as soon as possible and when an Indian family come in he greets them warmly and offers them a seat. I have been discriminated because i am black and the majority in the restaurant wasn’t from my ethnicity even when I spoke to josh he said he has never seen anyone getting turned away from the restaurant even when it is very busy and josh was saying they treat me differently in the work place and that is not fair something should be done about Christopher and his disgusting behaviour and being discriminated in 2023 is absolutely terrible and the food was disgusting overcooked pasta and undercooked chicken my friend was in tears when he left and it was his birthday
