Absolute rubbish branch, agree with previous reviews here. Service is super slow, despite the store being mostly always empty, the ingredients are not fresh, you can see some of the ham turning green already, and obviously this green piece will be carefully selected for your sandwich. On top of that, the new staff has major difficulties understanding you and communicating with customers and lying bluntly into your face. Avoid this Subway at all costs.

Lovely choice as usual from Subway. Ola our server at the Chelsea \\u0026 Westminster store near the hospital was exceptional, friendly and helpful, all whilst training another member of staff! Well done Ola ?

When I scan my QR code but receipt not show point so I ask to print 20 digit claim point\\n\\nThis people refuse to give 20 digit claim code without any reasonable reason.\\nI have payment receipts I dont get out from subway or they dont serve other customers.\\nDont care my concern.

Had a nice little chat about Ice hockey with the sandwich artist while he prepared my order. Very friendly mate. Restaurant is clean and tied up.

I stopped off to pick up my lunch, when I walked in a girl was making a sandwich for an online order and another man was texting away on his mobile phone completely ignoring me, whilst there were also no other customers in the store. When the girl finished, she asked what I wanted so I proceeded to check that their bread was freshly baked from that morning first before I placed my order. She stared at me blankly then looked over to her colleague who then finally decided to get off his phone and firmly instructed her away to do something else. I asked again, even though I'm pretty certain he heard me the first time. I went out of my way to explain previous dissatisfaction \\u0026 disappointments of old bread being used, and he replied that it was fresh from that morning. Of course, he lied. The bread was chewy and hard around the edges, as I feared it would. I don't have time to return so they can make me a new one and I'm irritated that I was lied to, especially when I made it a specific point. It was obvious the girl knew it wasn't fresh but was too afraid of her (presumably) boss which is probably why she became tongue-tied. Their prices have also gone up considerably. Absolutely awful service and awful sandwich, half of which went in the bin. Avoid if you can. Personally, I'm definitely never returning to this branch!

AVOID AT ALL COST. The worst subway ive ever tasted. The guy was so stingy with the salad and it was so cold it felt like biting into winter itself. Very poor customer service as well.

The food is great, like any subway, but the staff was terrible, one spoke at a volume so low. It was inaudible, another barely spoke English. And sometimes a guy would try to overcharge me when I was paying in cash, he did twice without realising I had already caught him

Today I went to Subway in Fulham road, that one close to Chelsea Westminister Hospital. The restaurant suppose to close at 22:00 but today when I got inside at 19:35 I saw all the chair on top of the table and one guy of the staff was cleaning the floor. I asked if the restaurant was still open and a girl of the staff told me yes but only take away and only cold stuff 'cause the owen was already shutted down. I didn't say anything because I though that the restaurant suppose to close at 20:00 so even if I was still on time I understood the situation and I didn't complain with the staff. I was sure the girl was about to give me a discount because my food was cold and not toasted, so the standards of the company were not be respected but I didn't received any discount and I had to buy a cold and not toasted panino for 7£ , which was quite expensive for what I got. Then I decided to check when exactly the restaurant would be closed and I find out that the restaurant supposed to close at 22:00. So my question is: Why did I get some cold and not toasted food?? The bread was disgusting like it was there for all day long and cheese and chicken were very cold. It was pretty much a bad experiences in subway and it's not the first time something like that happens. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! (I was a regular customer)

The woman serving me claimed that they are not participating in the February 14th buy one 6 inch sub get one free ("national customer appreciation day" as the Subway website suggests this promotion is called). Checking the Subway website for participating stores, they're clearly listed. Beside that, the customer service is TERRIBLE. The woman serving me (whos name I didn't catch) kept talking to her friend Alex (another woman) in what sounded like Polish, whilst taking my order. I had to repeat what I wanted from Salads 3 times because every time Alex asked me what I had wanted, she immediately turns to her friend and continues in her conversation in a foreign language! AVOID this branch.
