i would say that the food was good but the service was really bad. when we walked in they said that it isnt halal but we never asked and they person serving us wasnt replying when we were talking . I would love for them to change this pathetic attitude!

Got bargain bucket for £16.99 and was ample for 3 people,only gripe was menu should be better displayed to make clear what is on offer but 8/10 overall.

23/07/22 Went to the branch around 21:35 and they decided to kept the door closed even though they close at 11.\\nI managed to get in after a small argument with one of the staff, but the costumer service was out of this world.\\nI ended up not having what I went for as they were saying they don’t have no more chicken. Anyways, for the fact of always being well treated at KFC, I was expecting more of them.

Something about this branch of KFC always leaves me in a pickle for a few days. Other KFC's in the area are fine but this one.....! I'm not sure if the oil is the problem, the storage of the food or the staff but I cannot eat from here without fear of embarrassing repercussions. It's not a one-off, it's been pretty much every time for a significant while now. I won't chance it again.

There is an Asian lady very rude and very disgusting behaviour, I'm an rgm at another kfc and she decided to come in my store and decided to start shouting even other customers told her to be quiet because she got chicken earlier then informed if she is like this is other stores I feel sorry for this store to have a disgusting human being

Always a good KFC. Has the usual problems of uncleared tables (some people are too selfish to put stuff in bin) Uber drivers picking up orders and winter leaves blown in through door.\\nStaff are very busy but friendly and helpful. They do tidy up the seating area when they get a chance.

I would like the attention of who ever is the franchisee of KFC Ealing Broadway. Your staff especially those male staff are very rude to customers. We are not asking for free food! We are paying for what we eat! I will never go back there again!

Waited 5 mins before being served, the store manager in this place is very unprofessional I witnessed him be disrespectful to a Deliveroo driver then had the cheek to show attitude. All in all experience the worst customer service ever. Differently won’t be returning to this store.

Closed at 10.04 tonight, apparently it’s the best time to go as it’s not to busy lol
Needs a lots improvement. Not possible sitting down to have the burger or in my case the meals in a freezing cold room. Toilets when not working must have a sign saying so not let the customer wait literally 10 minutes

I ordered 05 items via Deliveroo and received 01 order out of 5. Paid the tip to the driver.. only to find most of the items are missing. Called the KFC and the really shameful staff said they cant do nothing.. speak to deliveroo ... really. Its the worst u can do to your clients ordering takeaway food. Sudan was one of the 02 guys i spoke to .. really arrogant and ket repeating.. complaint to customer service. We cant do anything. Well done KFC
