Customer service is terrible! always on phone or being rude to colleagues during taking order. Several times have messed up my order, that picture is one of 3sandwhiches which came the same falling apart, twisted \\u0026 sloppy. They just don’t care, it’s a shame I love subs

Extremely rude staff, disgusting attitude. Such that as I was ordering, when I was adding more and more to my order, I was given a very rude “Are you done?” From here the very rude man behind the counter went to the back to get some more items shaking his head. Avoid this place. It seems like I am not the only person complaining about the customer service here

Dear subway team I want you to understand that if you'll don't permit or train the staff about how vouchers work then why do u guys send an email on my birthday with a voucher to claim a cookie bcuz it was my birthday n before the deadline I went to this outlet n asked them to read the email to believe but the staff just ignored it saying their boss does not allow them for these claims,they must know they will loose customers if they continue this way,I was sad and dissapointed not bcuz of a cookie but of the rude behaviour the subway staff have in their outlets,as a kind service subway should give their customers a free cookie after ordering not just on birthdays,hoping this will bring a change ,thank you

Very rude staff with no manners. Always on their phone and slow service. They clean the tables and chairs early so you can’t eat at a table even though the store is 40 mins away from closing.They are always out of meatless marinara and almost always get the order wrong on Deliveroo.Avoid this subway at all costs.

the staff who serves you is nice and friendly but one of their staff member is abusive and I witnessed how horrible he behaved with the rest of the staff. his name is Syed and he hit one of the staff members in front of me, shouted very loudly and broke the keyboard. he needs to get fired asap! i took the area manager’s details and will report him too! i wanted to call the police and thinking back I should have. pls check cctv footage as well. staff said he’s always abusive and I could tell they are terrified of him! fire him now!!!

Do NOT order from this subway. They always get order wrong and clearly do not listen to customer nor can they read a simple order. Worst service ever and quality of how they put the sun's together is worse that a dig vomiting on a plate. Franchise should be taken away from them by the company.

Subway food is generally nice. Easy and not too unhealthy depending on what you go for, hence the 2 stars! I’ve been here three times and all three times the staff have been new and extremely slow. The second time I went, the manager was shouting at a trainee which was making all of the customers uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. The last time, I said “meatless meatballs” and “veggie meatballs” 4-5 times and he still reached for the normal ones and used the wrong bread. Avoid! Order from Wembley - they deliver to Ealing!
