Asked for a fillet burger for my 5 year old child and they gave me spicy and now I’m home and they won’t help me I’m extremely upset and I think this is one of the worst services I have

I went in to this location craving a chicken sandwich with pickles. I knew that's what I wanted and I wasn't interested in anything less. I asked the guy at the counter if they had pickles and he said yes. I then ordered the sandwich (no mayo) and paid.Only after I paid did he bring over another employee to ask what I wanted on my sandwich. Apparently he hadn't understood me. I told the other employee pickles and he said they didn't have any. I explained that I was frustrated, having been in search of pickles, and the employees just began laughing amongst themselves. I asked if I could cancel the order and get a refund. They did not respond and did not interact with me again except to hand me a sandwich absolutely smothered in mayo and with no pickles.It's bad business, it's rude, and it's ruined my night. If you want to avoid the same treatment, take your chicken craving elsewhere.

Been to this chicken shop a few times and on my most recent visit the food didn't taste fresh at all. The chicken was extremly dry chips refried and it made us seriously sick after eating the food, probably due to how long it was on the hot trays... avoid I won't be going

I used to get wings once per week from this place, until the spice blend changed, and the wings are very spicy, my stomach hurts after eating them. And also the prices went up by a lot. I'm no longer going there. The staff is nice, friendly and quick though.

I’ve been here quite a few times, but the last time that I bought some chicken wings, they had a bit of a strange flavour, and the day after I was a big sick of the stomach. I had some leftovers and I ate them two days after, and the same happened, so I am sure it was the chicken. It had never happened before. The time before this one that I went, I ordered chicken wings and I was given chicken pieces instead. I only realised when I was already at home.
