worst pizzeria I've ever visited. It says prices 6, 8, 10, 12, nowhere does it say that this is an offer. Outside there is a sign by 1 get 1 free. He at the checkout claims that it does not apply to all sizes. Another comes and says that we are right, it applies to all sizes. Then they say that it does not apply to the prices listed, that it only applies to the regular price. No one of the people who work there can say what the regular price is for a pizza. There is no price listed, the only prices listed are 6, 8, 10 and 12. Absolutely absurd! In the end, they come to the conclusion that the regular price for a pizza is 18.99. Most expensive pizza ever! Not service oriented people who work there. In addition, they don't wash their hands after arranging other things before you start with the dough. No thanks. We left!

Speedy delivery, pizza was still hot, great presentation, wonderful layering of pepperoni. Exactly what you would expect from an American pizza parlour .I didn’t really enjoy the taste, overall, it was a bit heavy . The garlic bread di gets were delicious.Not too sure what the idea of the garlic sauce is, as it renders too much oil in the flavouring.Acceptable

Ordered my Pizza AT 7.06PM, It's now 9.13pm no pizza. I have cancelled my pizza ? let's see if they can manage that. . . If I don't get a cancellation. . . I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER . . . Took me 3 phone calls before I got through to Domino's Pizza, West Kensington. EVEN THOUGH I CALLED EARLIER. ITS A JOKE. They BLAMED IT ON THE SNOW, WHICH HAS NOW MELTED. I feel sorry for the staff.....because they don't have enough staff or drivers to carry out the tasks. It's a shame because this was my first time. The bloke rang me back and said .....he would send me the pizza ?, but by then I had ordered an Indian takeaway. To the OWNER .......please do not blame your staff........correct the errors and you may prove your business.

Ordered pizza last night and was promised 1 hour delivery. After 1.5 hours rang and was told it was delivered. It wasn't so not sure what these staff are doing. Disgusting service and will never use dominos pizza again!!!!!!!

Hopeless staff. Making false promises and spoiling Domino’s image. Rude and don’t answer calls. Raise complaint twice and no response from customers support. I then switched to Papa-john who care their customers in much better way.Product quality is not always need to be good but customer satisfaction is always needed which is not with Dominos.

Missing and incomplete order - wrong pizza given (Margherita pizza given despite ordering tandoori chicken pizza, despite order made via website they mucked this up) and 2 garlic pizza breads were missing - They're absolutely clueless and it's tiring dealing with them on phone.

Delivery said 30mins. It’s now been over an hour still no pizza and I called, they said it would be here in 5mins. Then there was a “GPS problem” then it wasn’t despatched (despite getting a text message) and now it is “a busy night”. However when the driver arrived he was actually really nice so somewhat redeemed the situation

I have ordered online and after two hours waiting I have called the restaurant and a guy assured me that the delivery would be there within five minutes ...after half an hour no signs of my pizza..tried to call the restaurant but nobody answered the phone...when they finally picked up the phone, their response was that the driver lost my food ??... I have asked to have a refund which still no refund after 7 days, i spook to 3 different person and all of them said we are manager , after 7 days i called them for refund again but they just took my number , I will never order a pizza from Dominos again, they really do not give a dam about their customers.
