We ordered pizza for four. Despite being too busy with other orders Emnet did an amazing job in looking after us. She was smiling at all the time and very vibrant and full of energy. We had amazing time in Pizza express Rockley Road - Thank you Emnet and the team.

Rude staff, average food. I walked in with a friend and there was no one at the reception, so we picked a table by the window. Then 5 mins later a tall thin staff asked us to use the smallest table although there were only 5 customers in the restaurant. Only because “you need to wait at the door before seated”, and we said there was no one there, but he insisted “we usually expect our customers to wait for our staff to pick a table for them”. We agreed to move but asked for the menu, and he went “of course, but only if you take that seat first”. This is just so uncalled for.

People were complaining and leaving before their food arrived as it took too long. It was great booked a table for 10 people to celebrate my daughter's birthday then added 2 people more when we arrived. The food was lovely and the staff were pleasant. But I have to give a special mention to our waiter Marcelo who was AMAZING!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! you really made the experience extra special.

Bad, bad, bad.There is nothing good to review .Pizza soggy, I had to send back the first one, but the second one was just not right, the dough was old and it was cooked on the top and raw underneath.Not chilli sauce. They improvised some , no tabasco.....This is not the Pizza Express I knew for so many years.....
