I just move to the area a week ago and just today I got a chance to try this pub.Nice vibes and great staff, welcoming and professional !Had the fish and chips and a pint of Youngs, what a treat !We’ll be back on Sunday to try the roast !

A Sunday treat for us at The Curtains Up in Barons Court tonight! Celebrating St. Patrick's Day with dinner out and we were not disappointed with our meal and beers here. I had the plant burger which was spot on. It came with a portion of tasty fries and was more than enough. She had the Cyder battered Haddock with chunky chips, excellent tartar sauce, small portion of mushy peas and a portion of a really tasty curry sauce! Again it was really good and she couldn't finish it! I did try to help! We had Camden Hells lager and Bevertown Neckoil! Both as good as you expect. The atmosphere in the pub was noisy with the big match on but was still enjoyable. After the match we enjoyed the first quarter of a well supported Quiz night.They have a small theatre in the basement with regular shows(hence the name of the pub). They also have the best decorated ladies loo in any pub we have visited, I've been told! Overall the staff were great, as was the service and food!?Vegetarian options: Plant burger hit the spot!

I was on a walk with my dog. Decided to stop by for a little pint. It didn’t finish on a pint as I ordered a burger and that was one of the best decisions I had this day. Amazing starting with the sauce and patty finishing on the buns toasted to perfection the chefs clearly know what they are doing.

Stopped while on a stroll through Barons Court. I decided to order the beef roast which was amazing. Also huge selection of red wines to match the beef. Really polite staff always made sure I’m satisfied and have everything I need. Service was really fast and we did not wait to long for anything.
First visit to Curtains Up, before visit to theatre. Lovely food and drink and great Japanese theatre production. Will definitely look out for other shows.

We had a delicious meal. Five people all happy with their choices. Its a lovely pub, spacious yet cosy, though quiet on a Monday. Service was perfect. Incredibly helpful checking ingredients for an intolerance. Easy to book. Doggy friendly. We've been going for many years and it is always very good.
