George sent a vegetarian pizza out with pepperoni all over it .When we rang up said he’d send out a new one and one on the system for next time .Rang back almost 40 minutes later to him not making the pizza .Waste of time and money .Told me he’d listen to the phone convo ( no calls are recorded ) disgusting customer service.Awful George

Went to Wembley branch. Tuna was definitely rotten which was agreed by staff. I was promised a full refund and almost two months later nothing has appeared in my account. Just as i expected. Apparently refunds have to go through head office.

Ordered a deal with this Domino’s a couple of weeks ago which took a very long time to arrive. When it eventually showed up, it was cold and put together poorly which isn’t normally the case with this franchise as they’ve been great in the past.I called up to ask for a refund which they wasn’t able to do but said they’d put a free pizza against my account for next time I ordered.As I went to order tonight, apparently there was no details of my account or me ever ordering a pizza from my address, so I therefore couldn’t get my free pizza which was promised.Poor customer service to someone who has ordered frequently over the years.
Absolutely awful, the worst food ever (literally poison) avoid like the plague.

I had ordered pizzas for a function that we had at my work place, which I was going to collect. Due to the petrol issue, I was unable to get down the highstreet as the traffic was stand still. I had to park around the corner in the sainburuys carpark to then walk up to collect my food. There was quite a lot to carry, which I was ready to walk along with. But the really lovely staff member offered to walk to my car with me so that I did not have to struggle carrying it all. Really great service!

I have just witnessed the manager speak to his female staff so awfully. No need for the aggressive behaviour and now I have challenged him, his behaviour was appalling towards me as a customer. In today's world there is no need for management to speak to staff in this manner and this will be taken up with head office!
