The manager and the rest of the team really make you feel welcome. I come here with my family, my elderly mum and her friends go once and week and also my son and his friends use the pub and it caters for all of us. Good food, good beer and it’s always clean. Very well run pub! 5 stars.

Fist time at Railway Inn . We ordered 2 courses for a set price. Soup was very nice but the main meal (roasted veg tagliatelle was greasy tasteless with uninviting barely cooked veg. We mentioned this when pur half empty plates were taken away, their comment was I'll let the chef know.

I went today for a Mother’s Day lunch with my 4 kids . Simply delicious !Thanks to the chef Costa and everyone who served us and provided us with a wonderful time !Vegetarian options: One of my children is Vegan and had the vegan wellington dish . 4/5

We ate hr the wednesday lunchtime, nice lunch. We ate saturday lunchtime not at all the same, they advertise ciabbatta sandwiches and they are no more than a slice of half baked french stick not even toaster and the chicken was so overfred you had no idea what the meat was inside, big disappointed. Staff lovely Wednesday very disdainful Saturday

I have visited a few times and the food is always great....the ambience is always relaxed and the Staff are always pleasant and attentiveEmily was very pleasant and very knowledgeable.Previously when visiting and its been a chilly day the fires weren't on, it would be cosy if theywere on during the colder days
