Poor customer service. Ordered a Americano with hot milk and cake, sitting inside but served in paper cup with lid. When sat down discovered had been served a frothy coffee, took back to ask for drink I had ordered to be told by woman served me that I had asked for a Mocha. I explained I hadn't and was abruptly told I had! I politely said maybe she had heard me wrong but I had not, ( I don't even drink Mocha). She reluctantly changed my drink. I then asked if I could be refunded the difference. She had to look at the menu then spoke with another staff who said to me she couldn't ALLOW that! What she did do was give me a fully stamped card for a another drink. Although this was more than I had wanted ( just wanted refund in difference of drinks) I was made to feel I was in the wrong through the whole interaction. Really very bad customer service. When I sat down I discovered a black coffee when I had asked for white. Let's just say I couldn't be bothered with another poor experience asking for milk!

Cannot fault the coffee however be wary of using the WiFi. I signed into it purely as the mobile reception is non existent. Since registering yesterday afternoon at 3pm I’ve received no less than 6 spam calls. The first being 30 mins after leaving the

We got served mouldy cake and didn’t get an apology, we could choose something else but got no compensation, very sad because the coffee is very good

The shop is too small; queueing during peak hours is a logistical headache as you're wedged between an opening and closing door.Trainee baristas seem so lost; appreciate we all have to start somewhere, but perhaps Sunday afternoon should be best reserved for senior staff?Blond member of staff who has worked here for a while and is the most miserable soul on earth.Coffee is fine and prices are what they are; a little steep for food items in particular.

Great little Nero in Wimbledon! Enjoyed the atmosphere here on a day trip. Really friendly staff. I actually forgot one of my belongings here and they kept it on the side for me. Couldn't ask for more really.

A standard Café Nero. A decent amount of seating and dog friendly. It was somewhat busy so there was a bit of a rushed feel to ordering. I ordered a coffee and a muffin, the muffin was unfortunately dry. I managed to find a seat and it was a nice stop after our walk.In the future I think I'd try a different café at a quieter time.
