Shocked and disgusted, the male waiter and male manager who claimed his name was "Gus" refused to take my drinks order at 1:24pm on Friday, he rudely stated that it is rush hour and he will loose out on more money from other customers buying pizza and that we should leave!! As a regular customer who also hires out Pizza Express for my kids parties, I am appalled by this disgraceful customer service. This is discrimination and nothing to do with rush hour as other pizza expresses have stated there is no such thing. I was forced to leave as no one wanted to serve us. I expect senior management to contact me as a matter of urgency.

I ordered online for delivery and rang up to have a topping removed! Will was so so helpful and solved my problem with such ease and even asked if I wanted any alternatives to make up for it!

Went to pizza express the other day. Food was great. Had a lovely waitress, long black hair looked in her early 20s. She recommended one of the new pizzas was amazing. Overall had an amazing experience would definitely recommend stopping at Pizza express if you are in Wimbledon

We were led to the table next to the door even though there were lots of table elsewhere. The server said there was a booking of big group when we asked a table inside, however, afterwards two couples got those inside tables respectively where they said it was reserved. We informed to another server this situation but he only said it was not his fault. I saw the staffs talking about our complaint but there was no apologies. I’ve in a lot of places and restaurants in London for years, but I’ve never felt disrespected like this before. It made my first visit to Pizza Express in Wimbledon village highly disappointed.

Staff were really friendly as always and everything was really clean.The pricing is pretty steep (not the responsibility of the store) so I defo recommend getting the app and collecting rewards to make your trip more affordable.
