Based on my experiences and my reasonable attempts to allow for improvements....(and unfortunately two outstanding evening members of staff have been let down by their colleagues), Starbucks N21 offers a dismissive attitude and an expensive coffee that has to be thrown away en route to work as the staff don't read the order instructions. No apology offered when the orders are incorrect but the cup often gets shoved in my direction despite still being wrong. On another occasion, a request for more milk as order was wrong was met with a grimace and cold milk poured over my hot drink...Unfortunately semi skimmed over oat doesn't work with me! Goodbye Starbucks

Very bad experience, they just want the money, and doesn't really care about the coffe quality, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Here are the pros and cons.I really welcome the latest refurb its added a pleasant more welcoming feel to a popular cafe.There is plenty of parking and you can also complete some shopping if needed.It does seem to get very noisy. Partly because of the attachment to Sainsburys so this is not a place to go to get your Website Blogs finished or important College work.The staff are friendly and very polite.My biggest grip is you can easily wait 10/15mins for a coffee from start to finish because the online orders take precedence.I don't want to be forced online because as I say I enjoy the staff interaction. I would really like to see those waiting in store given more time than those ordering online.Perhaps and I'm not sure this is a feature online orders could be delayed when the store is busy.

Only complaint and it is an important one, it is freezing inside! The door is also perpetually open and that doesn't help. You have to be dressed like an Eskimo to stay warm. They need to change to door so it closes automatically and turn on the heating.

19/10/23 20:05. This lady should never serve a customer ever. 3rd time rude, ignored the customer, undercover racist. Has a look of disgust when serving. I need to make a formal complaint. She should never serve a customer ever. Empty and I am waiting alone in the queue and just makes me wait for no reason. Such poor level of customer service and they get away with it. She should not be working and making customers angry. Not the first time and certainly not the last time she has this attitude. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service. To compound it, they purposely ignore my order for good while and than makes my hit chocolate. How are Starbucks employeeing people like her? I will find out who is the regional manager and find out is this the norm in this store. As clearly the manager lets her get away with some of the worst customer service ever seen.Need the franchise to deal with this atrocious behaviour

Easily the worst Starbucks on the planet. Waited 10mins to place an order, 25mins to be served, and that too with drinks in take away cups when asked to eat in / have in mugs.

I went into Starbucks claim for birthday drink stated in my app. The lady at the till scanned my app said nothing come up. She then asked the manager on the shift who didn’t seem like she was bothered and made an assumption that I used it before, she said because it’s not store issues she didn’t want to help and I would need to contact customer service. I found the way explained things as a manager on shift very unprofessional and patronising. It got very awkward between the lady at the till and myself, as I felt the way the manager was very unnecessary. The manager had said her bit and sort of moved away, I paid for my drink and filled out query form on the app and just waiting back to hear from them. I would definitely be avoiding that store as the customer service standard level coming from manager is poor so I do feel for the staff that work there, they don’t have much of an example to lead from. I have been there a few times and generally staff are nice just on this occasion I met the manager and definitely can’t say it was pleasure.
