What kind of idiots work here? We ordered a dessert and they sent us fries, go back to school and learn to read. Frustrates me that people are privileged enough to be in a country where education is free up to the age of 18 but people choose to drop out and get jobs at McDonalds. Someone please shut this place down.

Ordered my items without cheese and they came in cheese even when I put on the restaurant notes to double check the order. Second time I ordered from them and second time they got my order wrong. Won’t be ordering from here again. Incompetent and embarrassing.

i ordered 2 burger meals and no drinks or fries showed up and i ordered another drink and it didnt show up either. i tried to ring the mcdonalds and i got no answer 3 times so i rang the uber driver and he didnt

Order was quick. But one item was missing can't get hold of anyone to get this delivered. Rest of order cold, milk shakes only half full on med size. Disgusted can't get my order rectified or refunded. Fuming. I will never us user eats or McDonald delivery service again. ? I want a refund.

Ordered for the first time via the app. Wont be doing it again, not only was a BigMac missing, 2 Chicken selects as well. Not only are they happy to charge you for all missing items but also hit you with a £4 delivery fee. Tried to ring them multiple times jus for them to cut the call and not answer

Incorrect order, uber eats wont honour a refund. Really low quality.
