Ordered online through Uber Eats. The food was extremely spicy even though I have ordered Mild. There was also a stone inside my food which put me off completely. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service I love the chicken n rice box always used to go to the Gants Hill branch but now I go here since it’s closer firstly half of the chicken is nice and soft but other half is hard as if they mix old and new chicken, also worst thing is they charge 50p for garlic every other Pepes gives it for free, TERRIBLE SERVICE GIVE FREEE SAUCE ATLEAST STINGY PEOPLE

Disappointing… I’ve had Pepe’s once before and was not impressed…. Years later I thought I’d try it again as Deliveroo was offering a 50% discount….. few things… Wings were nice but not worth the price. Burger was dry and very disappointing… Large chips was not large, it was more of a medium size. For 2 people (burger chips and wings) without the 50% discount would have cost an astonishing £44….which is insane!!!!! I usually go to Tz (few doors down) which is MUCH better and the food there (larger chips, more wings and burger) would have been about 30% cheaper too. Sorry but I think until they reduce their prices, improve their portion sizes and quality of food… I wont be going back.

Food subpar and kitchen was so dirty.I recently ate here and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The chicken I ordered on my first visit was a major let-down it was gritty, chewy, and almost made me feel sick. The quality of the chicken was subpar considering the price its at when it is meant to be a fast food shop. To make it worse the kitchen was very disorganised with sauces and mess everywhere which usually happens when its super busy which is understandable but i was the only one in the shop.I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so i visited again hoping for a better experience with more fresh food and a cleaner kitchen instead i was told by the cashier that the grill was turned off even though it was only 10.05 and it says online they close at 10.30.The cashier, instead of offering alternatives or solutions simply stood there without any helpful suggestions just staring at me. To their credit the kitchen was cleaner than when i had visited before but that wouldn't be that hard to beat.The subpar quality of chicken paired with the poor value for money you get at this shop makes it difficult to recommend this place to others.
