I have lived in Woodford for over 10 years and this has become a regular for me and my family. The staff are so friendly and so helpful when we bring our kids along - there is always a little biscuit treat which my niece loves! A couple of years ago I was pretty unwell and the staff were so kind in helping me get in and out the cafe and to make sure I was comfortable.The food is just as good as the excellent service! We often come for breakfast and lunch. The fry up is great but there are also lots of health options. That said, I cannot resist the wonderful cakes - the apple turnover is my fave!The cafe is really clean and tidy, and tables are cleared very quickly.Shepherds is a must for anyone living in the area!

I used this place regularly before the current owners took over, but not for coffee.... since the changes that have been introduced I'm in there every day I am at home, batista coffee fresh homemade food sandwiches and the baked on premises cakes and savory products now mean I don't have to go any further. Friendliest family and staff in the area..either side of Woodford station.
