The staff here are lovely and my family and I have always enjoyed popping in for a coffee. However, the staff today on the 28th November went above and beyond their duties. My daughter had an accident outside of the coffee shop, I asked the young ladies serving on the counter if I could borrow a broom to sweep the road of debris. After seeing how shook up we both were, she came out and swept the road herself with another member of staff who offered us a seat and a coffee. How wonderfully kind you both were, we thank you so much !!!

Have sat and had a coffee in this particular costa and it’s really nice and peaceful with nice staff. I was impressed today as I picked up a magic bag that I bought on the app Too Good to Go. The guy who served me was very sweet.

The Reason for the 4 star on service was that the really tall server was a bit rude and unhelpful in manner but I didn't want to takeaway fro the other people working there
Always quick and polite service when you're craving a coffee. Nice to sit outside and watch the world pass you buy as you drink.

Over priced over rated chain. Most items are high in calories. I had a lemon ginger iced tea. It was nothing special but the only thing on the menu without copious amounts of cream and sugar

The assistants in Woodford bridge Costa were very unhelpful and rude. I explained I am Muslim and requested no items with pork. Despite the fact that there were other options she swiped my phone and said I had to take it. I left the bag there as I felt her actions were very disrespectful of my faith and I would be unable to eat the contents. Would like a refund.
