In the area visiting friends usually love Nero. But not on this occasion. Staff couldn't even manage an hello. The coffee was usual standard and the sandwiches we ordered we sandwiches nothing to write home about. Tables uncleared and the ones that were the tables were sticky.

We’re next door to Caffe Nero ( has Turkish barber ) where we & our clients have been getting our lovely coffee. What a friendly place & lovely staff. A very tidy & clean place.

I am very shocked last week to see a member of staff in distress. A black-haired lady was shouting at a younger male staff member from across the room. This is outrageous If management thinks that this is ok for their staff to treat others like that instead of helping them with the issue calmly. I have noticed a few times coming in that she is nicer to others. I am boycotting Caffe Nero and going elsewhere.

The drinks looked nothing like the displayed ones and when I asked to at least serve the coffee in a mug they had right there, they said they only serve in take away cups because they don't want to waste time washing dishes. One of the drinks wasn't even prepared as described (missing ingredients) and when I told them they were annoyed to add them. Horrible

Ordered coffee and chocolate to have in and it came is a takeaway cups with no cream on chocolate.
Lovely relaxing afternoon tea. Time spent with family and friends.

This is a nice branch of Nero. Service has recently improved, but occasionally the tables are not cleared and the space feels unkempt. The space is also sometimes poorly heated.
