Absolutely disgraceful! We have ordered from here for may many years and we used to love it. But today we order for a thin crust pizza extra large. I didn't know any place that calls uncooked 1 inch think dough a pizza but here I am with such dilemma. On top of that when the pizza arrived it was half folded over ridiculous. The slices aren't even cut evenly . The worst of all when we brought up these issues to the manger not a single sorry / apology was said. Actually the opposite they shouted as us saying don't order with us again. Truly ruining a lovely night. Wont be order here again!

Nothing wrong with the food but I walked up there one evening, placed an order, and was then told it was cash-only.Who's ever heard of a non-card accepting pizza chain ?I was directed via a QR Code to FoodHub. This is a very clunky web site. I ended up ordering that way.I've used Caspian all over, but have never had a card refused or been told to use the website within the shop!

Rude and verbally abusive delivery driver who blamed me that he didn't read the delivery instructions written on the receipt in his hand. Constantly shouted at me and wouldn't leave my building until I had to push the door that he had his foot wedged in. A very scary experience and not one I will be repeating, I will never risk ordering from here again. The manager I spoke to was lovely but this really shook me. Never have I had a delivery drive wedge his foot in my door frame, shout at me and blame me for his inability to read basic instructions that clearly read " the buzzers do not work please call when you arrive" absolutely disgusting

Don’t bother it’s the only one that will deliver around here but it not worth it. If you can drive then you should spend more and get a better one from domino’s.

I've ordered caspian before and the food was great however this time we didn't even get it. We are all night shift carers 2 nurses and 6 care assistants. None of the 8 of us heard any of the door bells ring I enquired about it but I'm still getting fully charged so to all my carers out there dont order unless your not working.

Have used Caspian for years never had a problem. Ordered on Wednesday evening should have arrived in 45 minutes. Phone after and hour to be told delivery driver just left. 20 minutes later still nothing. Phoned again to be told he has left maybe he has got lost!15 minutes waiting again phoned back they said they would phone driver.Eventually arrived 45 minutes after telling me he had left which should have been 10 minutes to our houseSaid he couldn't see house numbers!Wont order again!

I ordered a pizza and was told it would be 45 minutes to be delivered, I received a notification to inform pizza had been collected and would be delivered. Another 45 minutes later the pizza had still not been delivered. I rang to query as I was concerned the food would be cold. I was informed that actually the food had not even been cooked yet as they were busy and would be another 45 minutes before they could get to me. I then asked for a refund as it was going to be too late. I was informed my refund would be 5/7 days. 10 days later no refund. I called again and I was told another week, still no refund. Called again and I was told the manager was on holiday and it would be another 4 days, 8 days later still no refund and rang again to be told that the manager was not in and they were sorry could not do the refund. This takeaway has been used by me previously for a number of years, but I will now never use again, their service is below disgusting and would not recommend them.

Awful. Called restaurant when didn't receive my order. Man was very, very rude to me and told me my number was wrong and the driver did not get an answer. Nobody came to my house but the man's attitude on the phone was horrendous. Still have not received my order of over £35 despite waiting for over one hour!
Left most of my pizza Didn't taste right We decided to try camping again after few years as we had a problem

Very Poor customer service, Was accused of lying when giving a complaint. Dips are always left out. Delivery was late and food quality was poor. Will never order from here again after this experience
