Very rude lady working today in this branch. I shop at Greggs a couple times a week and I’ve always had a good experience in other branches. Spoken to very rudely as I tried to claim my O2 Priority roll.

Great place to go to for a snack. I have always been a fan. This particular shop does not keep the full variety of sandwiches that some the bigger ones have though which is a real shame.

Would not even give it one star if that was an option. Bad customer service and since when has Greggs become a cold counter service? Is not the whole point of getting pasties and such is that it is served hot! That is what customers are paying for, not cold food! Absolutely ridiculous. They need to state publicly in their shop they do not sell hot food anymore.

Extremely rude lady at the counter, went to redeem an app deal, dealt with me very rudely - refusing to accept the app deal and kept ignoring. Shocked by her behaviour .

It was a Saturday I went there to get some 2 Margherita pizza . There were none available so they told me to wait 10 minutes for the pizza. There were two male staff working there extremely rude and racist I could tell by the way they were talking to me. Waited for 20 minutes and the gave me one pizza and I asked if the other one they said they forgot. When I came back the pizzas were burnt. The staff was so extremely rude just can’t get over how racist and unprofessional they were giggling among themselves
