Ordered from the website, food did not arrive but the money has been taken out of our account. Spoke to the manger on the phone twice, he was impolite and hung up on us both times. Extremely disappointed with this lack of customer service.

Can be rather busy. When busy they do not always clean the tables. My recent experience wasn't great either as the staff wasn't very polite or friendly. Also hot wings were tidy.Restaurant cleanliness has improved. Good was good on my recent visit.

Had a chicken burger meal.burger was small and just had a load of mayo on it.chicken portion was not too good.better meal from chicken outlet up the toad and will be almost half the price.

Fillet burger was burnt and disgusting. Toilets are absolutely filthy. The food here just tastes awful. Even my kids left half their meals. Whole place is a tip.

We visited wed late dinner time. Not busy! Restaurant was clean and quiet. We ordered hot wings bucket one friendly gentleman staff said wait 3min. And he brought for us table with lots of sources.?? and the hot wings absolutely great crispy and just right taste of spicy ??but expect one gentleman staff others are not really friendly. Maybe they are too tired

Ordered 4 pieces of chicken and chips through Just Eat, and only 3 turned up. Had to make a trip to the shop to correct the order. The staff didn't really care.

I ordered the mighty bucket for one from Uber eats. The 2 pieces of chicken were so tiny it was a joke. This has happened before as well so I won’t be ordering from Worcester Park KFC again! Waste of money!
