Placed an order on my mobile for pick up in store. Very simple to do & very efficient. Got to the Cheam outlet & our order was being prepared. We ordered a Big Mac, a Quarter pounder with cheese, fries, hot chocolate & cappuccino. All very good. Love McDonald's.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian choices.Parking: Easy to park.

Rupita was amazing, a lovely women. I have never experienced service like that from any mc Donald’s branch. She really showed that manners are free and every employee, managers included should look up to her.

They dont even deserve 1 star. Nasty disgusting staff, they messed up my order, made me wait ages for my food in waiting bay, laughed and mocked me and my partner when we asked them to remake it after receiving the food cold and with loads of missing items. Absolutely shocking behaviour from the staff and the manager should be fired he was as rude as his staff mocking me and my partner, we are absolutely fuming. I have reported this whole incident to head office so i hope you are all reading this review you know who you are. Action will be taken it is unacceptable behaviour very sickening.

How bad can it be? 12 of us for dinner, took 20 mins for food to arrive, when it came it out it was cold, went back for McFlurrys and they were fine, but then for good measure, cos we was 11 mins over our stay, we get a £60 parking fine a week later! Most unhelpful staff when we come to ask about parking fine. Told it was tough, we should have left before the 90 mins was up!So for £100 worth of cold food and £60 parking fine, has to be the worst experience I have ever had at any Muckdonalds!My recommendation is to eat anywhere else! The local road has a puddle that has better standards than this "restaurant".

Good drive thru. The drive-thru servers seem to have special powers to be able to listen and take orders on their headset, all the while speaking to another person taking payment. Good service all round, although the food is a bit dry most of the time.

A really clean and friendly McDonald's. Even the kids commented on how nice it was. I don't normally use this one, but will definitely go here rather than the other one on the A217.

Food is below par, no cold drinks - what McDonald’s doesn’t have cold drinks to serve (shakes and fizzy drinks) . Whilst waiting for food to be cooked we could hear the staff swearing in the kitchen (chefs must be having a bad day - clearly were with my families food that was served) Fries were under cooked, on the whole bad experience never again will we be going there. If the staff are meant to obtain 5 stars then i would give this restaurant 1 star at best.
Never been a huge fan but my grandchildren like it. Chip cartons were only half full of chips (they did replace them when we questioned it) and the skinniest, whitest chips I have ever seen, which struggled to taste of anything! The floors were dirty, the tables not cleaned and the straws collapsed beyond use before half finishing our drinks. Not for me I am afraid although it is cheap but if the kitchens are as unclean as the restaurant, I will be surprised if I am not ill.

I had a good time eating at McDonald's, the only issue was that the online ordering went wrong and my payment was declined so I payed at the store, everyone including staffs and customers were friendly and I would go any day because of the brand's great food and it's friendly customers and staffs.
