A nice big restaurant and the food was good, however it was very expensive. The cheapest pizza, just a basic margarita being £11.49 which is just cheese and tomato topping. Other pizzas were nearer £15. Service was average.

We dined at pizza express in worcester park on Thursday eve with our family. Seem to have some staff issues as only 1 person doing orders and serving people. She was really sweet and apologised from the get go if there is any waiting issues, as she was on her own but in the matter of fact she was great, food was great, service was better then usual. We come here often enough but never seen it like this. Normally not one to leave a review but thought this should be mentioned as not fair on staff.

Very bizarre experience. Walked in to order a pizza and the staff just stood there looking at me. Waited 5 mins, still no service. I eventually just walked out.

Food was amazing however the waiter ( asad ) was impeccable . He assisted me on where to park my £33,000 Audi RS3 and sat me down at a table which had more legroom for my 6’8 self . Due to his assistance I pulled out my Gucci wallet and tipped a large sum due to my satisfaction with the food and service .

Top tier pizza thought I was in Milan for a second. Also like to mention the short guy that looked after me and my deaf dog he was great and very helpful I think his name was Asad.

We usually go the pizza express in Worcester park but it was closed for refurb so went it Worcester park instead. Great experience - food great, atmosphere great and service brilliant from maxwell. He is fantastic and deserves to be mentioned. So on the ball !! Will definitely be splitting our visits between both branches in future

We brought 3 boys here following a really lovely Scouts treasure hunt. The minute we arrived we were made to feel completely unwelcome and rushed. We arrived at 9pm and were told the restaurant closes at 10pm - with this in mind, we ordered quickly. Apart from taking our order we were not even looked at again, I literally had to go up to our server to ask for things for our table. When I mentioned this to both our server and the manager at the end of the meal, it landed up with the manager telling us “ to get the f… out of her restaurant” and goading my husband to hit her - in front of children?!?! The craziest experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant! A very aggressive, unprofessional and incredibly rude blonde haired manager! If you don’t want customers then post a sign in the window denying walk-ins after a certain time!

I ordered a gluten free pizza base and it arrived very very fast. The base was not cooked through. I have had gf pizzas at pizza express before and it tasted better than this. It was raw and gelatinous, the tomato sauce was not cooked either around the edges. The rest of the food was good.Dietary restrictions: The gf pizza I got today was below standard
