We are a group of 9 friends which have been to The Brook a number of times. We chose to have our Christmas gathering at The Brook, Worcester Park The staff, venue and meal did not disappoint. We were well looked after, all was highly organised. We all had the Christmas menu. All of our food was EXCELLENT, well presented, hot and tasty. Merry Christmas to the Team

It was an experience. It's a typical pub, of the day, standard wooden tables etc, and I have to say it was busy. The food was ordered standard fare, the meat eaters seemed to be happish....but the veggies were very disappointed. Very limited choice. The food arrived, and the consensus was, it's below par. Not a revisit for me, sorry to say. The prices charged were fair if the food had been average, but for what was plated for us, a little bit expensive.Vegetarian options: Very limited

The Brook is a really nice venue to enjoy an after work beer. Or a bite to eat with mates. Very family friendly and all the staff there are always very accomodating; Mia, Mariana, Alex and Madison, are lovely staff to have.Kid-friendliness: Very family oriented during the early of hours of the day.

Was there for refreshments after a memorial service. Consequently, it was very crowded in the restaurant area and very noisy - I would guess it would be less so as a general rule. Food was excellent and interesting and service was polite, friendly and attentive.

Met friends on Sunday. Very nice and hard working staff. The garden is great to sit out in a sunny day. Not much choice for Pescatarian. My friend and I ended up having vegan salad which was nice but we were looking forward to fish and chips which wasn’t on the Sunday menu. We ordered chips as extra, not sure what sort of oil it was fried in, the oil didn’t taste nice so I could eat it. The guys had burger. There were mixed feeling. One really liked it as the other one said it was okay.It’s a nice place to go for a drink on a sunny day ?

Four of us went for dinner and we were all very happy with the food. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the service was excellent. There's not a lot more to say really only that we would definitely go back.

I eat here weekly and although I'm not exactly adventurous with my food I can tell you that my burger and chips are always brilliant, hence the weekly visit. The staff are always happy and friendly and you rarely have to queue for a drink they are so efficient. I highly recommend it either for dinner and a pint or just a few drinks either way. Not a bad burger to be fair was quiet when we visited Thursday evening nice place in the sunshine and small playpark for kids which is fenced off for safety so good for families. Also don't forget to put your registration number down in the bar on the tablet or you'll end up with a fine.Parking: Add registration in the bar.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access

Nice large airy restaurant. Nice decor. Great food, well presented. all 3 courses lovely. Service good too. Been here 3 times now. Same each time. Would recommend to anyone.

We visited to enjoy on last British pub food meal before emigrating and oh boy what a place to have picked. The food was unbelievably good, the service was great. Perfect place for a pub lunch with friends and family. We very nearly changed our minds about leaving. Luckily, we have friends locally so we will definitely be back.

Phoned the day before. Was told that “We have 45 tables come down any time for lunch”.Turned up at 1.30pm ordered drinks then told at 2pm we can’t order for another hour as they are too busy!!!!! Why not mention that at the beginning????Why have 45 tables if you cannot cater for them all?????There were 7 of us wanting lunch.Instead we went elsewhere.When I complained to the manager/landlord he just spoke over me so I raised my voice then one of their customers felt it was his business to tell me to shut up. This just escalated the situation.1st and last time we will be visiting the Brook.
