It's says at the top of menu underneath the style of sandwiches... "all with double cheese"Every store I go in its an argument everytime!Today, at this store, its the women with an attitude... "whatever" she says when confronted about charging me for the "double cheese"Really customer friendly staff...not!Teach the staff to read, then teach them the meaning of double, or simple math.And maybe some people skills...

Definitely should have checked the reviews before ordering! £15 for 2 subs. The lettuce was pink and the cucumbers were all dried out. Never again

Ordered 3 sandwiches this morning and 1 of them had cheese on that my son can’t eat. Tried ringing and no one answers. No way of getting in contact with them. Disgusting service. Wouldn’t mind if it was cheap it wasn’t and a treat on a Sunday morning. Never ordering again from them.

disgraceful. Felisha should really get a job she enjoys instead of being so rude to the people who just want a butty. I couldn't believe the terrible customer service. Can't add any salad to my sandwich, wasn't even told and the one adding the salad (or not) just kept saying 'I don't Know' to everything. we've been coming every week for a 6 staff team but we certainly won't be again.

Ordered from here off uber eats and was told to ring up if I couldn't eat anything on the speacil butties so tried and never got through. My butty arrived with the food on it I couldn't eat so I went round with my food to the place and told them it's wrong and I tried ringing to be told they don't have a phone which is strange as ALL OVER GOOGLE you do (maybe update) and then to be left and told I can't have another butty made for free even though I've done everything I was told to do but I'm left with no butty and a bill. So thanks subway for nothing.

The subway I have been in was the worst customer experience I have ever had. The lady who did my 6 inch sub was lovely and to make it a meal deal way 5.49. Drink and crisps. The lad in the middle putting the salad on no problem!Get to pay and the girl on the till charges me 6.39 so I said it was a meal deal! Like the screen said 6inch crisps and drink! Oh no you ordered a iconic meal deal! She replied in a rude manner, it's more than likely a scam but to treated rudely as well .Well subway Bredbury I will never use your store again.

Honestly don't know how you can get so many things wrong with one order! Ordered a large portion of wedges, recieved a small.Absolutely ridiculous to find this out but Gluten Free Bread is not an option on the app, do intolerance sufferers and those with Ceoliac disease not deserve to be catered for? I left a note for the store in bold in the delivery instructions asking for the Gluten Free Bread as there was no other way to ask for it! This request wasn't granted! I added the Super Substack onto my order, my sandwich came without the add on that I paid for! And my sub wasn't even toasted! I know I selected toasted when ordering!I took a chance, it was clearly a mistake. I won't be ordering from here againDietary restrictions: Why are the Gluten Free Breads not an available option on the delivery apps?? Do those of us stuck with dietary intolerances not get catered for anymore?

Misken deliveroo order sent here for a tic foot long, no salad, no sauce. Not even selected as plain, just no options chosen (yes my mistake of course). Not even 30 seconds after placing the order I try to call subway through deliveroo as well as their number on Google and no answer from any after 30 minutes of trying.Order was made completely plain and stone cold.I understand they've simply completed the order but no chance to amend or cancel, no call to question the order, just money wasted.
