Cherry tree cafe serves a great flat white. Delicious range of meaty and veggie breakfasts and also a varied lunch menu. The staff are lovely. In my opinion it's the best cafe in the area.

Never been to Littleborough before so I don't know my way around but stumbled on this cafe. Gorgeous food, excellent coffee and staff who are so nice and cheerful its infectious. Only sad point is that I am only a visitor and therefore can't go back more often. X

Had a coffee and cake deal here. Both very nice, courtyard area pleasant to sit in. Staff were extremely polite and attentive to customers. Highly recommend.

We called in here after a meeting with the funeral place and just needed to have some lunch and reflect on the morning. The lovely owner was so welcoming and kind and the girls Serving were an absolute joy to speak to. The food was gorgeous. They have an outside area too. Well worth a visit and 5 mins from Hollingworth Lake.

I have eaten at this cafe a number of times in the past, both when it was the Greek cafe and the Cherry Tree, the latter eating in the courtyard also for takeaway cakes and coffee. I could not have recommend it more as much as I did, as has always been nice. This review is not based on the food this time as I have never had a bad experience with food. But the cleanliness and atmosphere. Previously the courtyard setting had a nice Mediterranean vibe with sparrows fluttering about tweeting filling the air with sounds and it was peaceful. However this time was different. I went outside through the cafe and was immediately met with a loud droning noise. We sat on the bench furthest away from the source but it made me feel nauseous it was so deep and loud. Never heard a fan like that before. No birds could be heard or seen. The bench itself was full of spilt salt and food from previous customer, there is no excuse for not wiping down the tables even if it is outside and wooden. The floor had lots of food on also so I had to keep my feet to one side to risk sitting with them plonked in it. After a while waiting to be served we couldn't stand the noise any more, so left round the side where the peace immediately washed over us. These are matters which need addressing to make it the pretty and idyllic little cafe it once was and hopefully my review will be better next time as settings like this place are few and far between.

Cannot recommend Cherry Tree too much. I visited today with my small granddaughter who has multiple allergies causing chronic eczema. The staff COULD NOT have done more to accommodate her needs. I am so impressed by their care and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble and their concern that she enjoyed her meal was impressive. Well done Cherry Tree.

This was our second visit to this cafe very compact with plenty of outdoor seating. The staff were very helpful brought over menus and took our order, I ordered a bacon and egg balm cake and my wife poached egg on toast. The order arrived quickly I checked mine and the bacon was very fatty took most of it off, my wife’s poached eggs were undercooked. Must have picked a bad day.

What a brilliant out of lockdown breakfast. We felt extremely comfortable eating here. The place was spotless, lots of hand sanitizer etc and the food was A1!!! Well done guys!
