Came into the Talbot pup for a meal and the food is great but the prices of the beer is a bit pricey to say the least , the bar maid Ann was soooo helpful she went above and beyond, great pub and quiz is fabulous, love it ?

Fabulous Christmas experience at the Talbot first time eating Christmas Dinner out the food was really good and we all had a throughly good time. The staff were excellent and there was lovely Christmas atmosphere we will definitely do this again next year. Thank you all for a great day. Happy new year to you all.

Last minute decision to call in for food and was pleasantly surprised,kids ordered pizza which was made freshly right in front of us,my wife had burger and I had lasagne which both came out piping hot,busy bar and restaurant area but food came out in under 15 minutes,Couldn’t ask for any more for pub grub

Went at 1:30pm, it was pretty quiet. We ordered at the till, the bar tender was nice but the food was shocking for the price! Pizza is solid and hard because they are scrimping on the topping including the cheese, no sauce to dip the fat crusts into and ordered a side of crispy cheese bites for £5.25 and recieved three little cheese bites for it. Never going again as it isn't worth the money. Pizza takeaways are better and coats the same price if you want a pizza
