Poor staff customer service, woman on check out not any help and manager she got to come over even worse. Very arrogant offered no help at all and walked off as I was talking to him. Short, balding and with glasses. Very poor service.

This is Asda. Situated in the Middlebrook Retail & Leisure Park, although not particularly different from any other Asda it is still a decent Asda. This Asda superstore is most certainly super.However my biggest problem with this Asda is that both times I have been they have not had the Guardians of the galaxy Xbox game in stock, despite leaving multiple empty cases on the shelf. The empty cases on the shelf baited me into thinking I would be walking home with the game. However as I went to the till they looked for the game and gave me the devastating news that they had none in stock.As the famous proverb says, fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

Usually alright. But the shocking increase in prices on everything, only the same as the other supermarkets. Greed. But what's getting even more annoying is not being able to leave my house for being disabled and every time I order asda hero dog biscuits you never seem to have them in, nor do you replace them with any other form of dog biscuits. You just don't send any which leaves us in a rubbish situation. Need to stop it with the ridiculous substitutes as well.

Unfortunately some of the asda staff are racist & little bit rude everytimes when we shopping in the middlebrook we got bad time of rude staffs from different shops . There is a sad environment it look like most middlebrook people are ignorance

Bought 5 litres of Ad Blue this afternoon for £12 at Asda Middlebrook..Happened to go to Home Bargains afterwards and they had same 5 litres for £5 !! That's a difference of £7. It makes you wonder what they are charging for other items. I can't give a rating of no stars, but, I, certainly won't be shopping at Asda again

Used to to really good since new ownership it's gone downhill and needs a good clean in places. Shelves are sometimes not full poor choice in fresh meat at Horwich I've used others down south and there's far more produce.

Totally shocked and disappointed at the lack of gluten free fresh food. When I asked a member of staff I was directed to the fridges on the back wall of the store that contained yogurts and meat free and told that is what there is!!

Kids breakfast portion not great beans boiled and congealed watched staff member collect potato cakes from store in his hands without using gloves or plate to take to front then return carrying bin bag also saw staff members giving free brews to family members is that allowed

Customer service was awful expecting a minor to have an id when they are not old enough to have one when buying some drinks two which were energy drinks I just assumed what drinks we’re going to who
I want to buy a TV product over £120 and am prepared to drive a 55 mile round trip to get it but can’t speak to anyone to see if it’s in stock !!! Ridiculous that no one can help and you cannot speak to anyone.

Very bad service. I bought a product online and they gave me a substitute which was no good so I didn’t take the product. I asked for a refund they promised me a refund Iv been waiting since 6 weeks for a refund contacted store multiple times and been promised. I never got any product and no refund. I emailed customer service no reply, staff in store palm you saying you will get a refund. But nothing. You owe me £30 and I did not take your product, asda should have decency to refund the money owed.

Only negative about this store is customer service. Went to exchange clothes and lady at the desk came across as rude. She muttered something and just seemed to be annoyed.
