From my visit to trinity street Burger King, I have to say I was surprised. in a good way! the food was piping hot, the fries were fresh out of the fryer, no hot drinks at the time but plenty of other soft drinks available. Staff seemed friendly enough, and the burger was presented nicely, overall a great experience. I went in around 4.45pm, on a weekday.

For A takeaway / Fast food out let, it isn't bad. Best BK I've had in a while - new peppercorn burger is yummy!, I'm only here for a week but so far I've not got complaints, and will be back tommorrow before I hit the motorway.

The food was mediocre at bestm not upto usual BK standard. We were the only people in restaurant, door was always open for deliveroo, Uber eats couriers coming in so was cold.

The blonde girl - what an attitudal little missy, throws my food in my bag, cocky arrogant and doesn't have an ounce of customer service in her. had the pleasure of watching from the que in store! and im damn sure many other customers would not be happy either. the other week a dark haired girl was arguing with a short bearded guy calling each other all sorts of names I cannot repeat !! how are they allowed to behave like this in a front facing role!! I wouldn't mind but I went to the new one as well last week and they're even worse!! if this is the best burger king we have I will be going elsewhere in the future!

First time visiting and the last... firstly the entrance to the drive thru is set out all wrong people struggling to get in and out the service was also shocking with staff not having a clue what they are doing.. the wait after ordering was 15 sat at service hatch for us to finally get our food thrown into a bag chips all over and very poor quality and luke warm and burger was burnt round the edges

Really enjoy my food from here and I'm a regular! I cant understand all the negative reviews - The foods really good when I've been in during peak times, yes there's a wait sometimes because food needs cooking but id rather wait than have an instant burger wondering how long its been stored for - like you get at McDonalds. Where home delivery reviews are concerned, its the drivers not the store from what I've seen. I Invite people to come to the store and watch orders flood in, the staff running around and fulfilling the deliveries as the drivers swarm around the staff shoving phones over the counting and demanding their orders and you'll see why some mistakes may be happening, Your foods cold because you may of been one of many orders in that drivers car! or they're opening your bags and eating some fries, stealing your drinks etc, don't forgot a lot of these drivers have no etiquette, its generally not the restaurants fault, 80% its the drivers from uber, Deliveroo, just eat etc taking the pee pee. When I have been in store and there's been an error which is rare tbh, its been corrected quickly, and politely as you'd expect.
