I am a regular customer at the Bolton Cafe Nero branch, the coffee is great but what really brings me back are the staff. They are brilliant. The always have a smile, give speedy service and offer me babyccinos for my children. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Not clean, and served in take-away cups because it was about to close, though we chose this store based on its published opening times.
Friendly student type dude made good coffee. Came in on a super hot day, air-conditioning in the cafe did not disappoint. Sat wide legged to air my balls out and drink my coffee. Cooled down as I watched the humans walk past the big clear windows. They were sweaty. I was not. Would recommend.

Staff are disorganised and one in particular was rude. I won't be going back. A tip for the manager would be to train their staff in Customer Service Skills.
