Been ordering from here for 2 years now and sad to say I’m seeing it’s decline, 3 times I’ve ordered and each time the pizzas have been overloaded with cheese and have been literal slop and undercooked on the bottom and not cut correctly either but on this particular occasion I ordered the generic “hot” wings, I bit into one and instantly teared up, I spat it out in immense pain, my lips are currently swelled and bruised and my throat is swollen and swore and I threw up due to the pain and discomfort my stomach was in. I’m a man that enjoys a Vindaloo or a Vaal from the curry house but these wings were straight from hell itself, they were absolutely coated in a raw chili paste/sauce and also had chilli flakes on them too, they was completely inedible. The restaurant needs to make this clear on how spicy these really are because I’ve suffered physical injury from them and would hate to think somebody going through what I’ve just been through. I wouldn’t mind but it isn’t a cheap place either. I’ll be avoiding at all costs from now on which is a massive shame as I was saying at one point “you need to try Canadian charcoal, it’s the best in Bolton!” Not anymore.EDIT: the reply from the restaurant is absolutely ridiculous, I, the customer have to mix my own wings with its own sauce? Isn’t that the restaurants job when preparing the food? That wasn’t the issue, the issue was how sickeningly hot the sauce was, it’s caused me injury and harm with a photo attached as proof! Is it also the customers job to cut their own pizzas too? Instead of apologising you blame me for your restaurants mistakes? Your reply has proven how bad your restaurant is and many people will see that with their own eyes, great job!

I buy 2 chicken kebab one regular and one large. Both was same only diferent box and prize was 2 Pound diferent. In regular was more chicken than in large.

Ordered from here took an hour and a half to come still waiting, asked where it was and the guy just laughed on the phone. How are the Just Eat reviews so good and the ones on here complete opposite. I think someoneeeee is writing their own reviews!!Avoid avoid avoiddddd. Flea pit

Ordered from just-eat, but their driver was over 30 mins late. I cancelled the order on just eat, and when the driver eventually turned up he insisted the food wasn't cold.The restaurant is now refusing to refund me my money, despite be not getting my food!Avoid this place, they don't care about the customer one bit, or use your credit card so when you have problems with them you can do a bank charge back.RE: In response: I didn't wait 30 mins, I submitted my order at 18:20, it eventually turned up at 20:20, I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS!How about next time you update us if it's going to be late? Why didn't you tell me about the freebies when I rang you guys, or how about an apology whilst on the phone instead of just hanging up after telling me "he'll be there in 10 mins"? Your customer service sucks.
Not very often you find a gem with the large choice of takeaway food places but this one is a must have they have a massive selection of food of all different types from pizza to kebabs to burgers all the food it's freshly made

My order has been late over 1 hour . I tried to cancel my order but I wasn’t able to … also the food is not worth it … Uber eats and Canadian charcoal has the worst costumer service so far .. I would not recommend it to anyone to order from this place !

Ordered on deliveroo. Waited over an hour. Called restaurant only to be told they had missed my order but they were now closed. So had to mess about trying to get refund. Very poor communication. Couldn't review the food, as I never got any.
