Brilliant choice on display either hot, cold, frozen, baked or unbaked. Very clean and tidy with very helpful and friendly staff. Ended up spending more than I planned to, but, having said that, my family were happy I did. I went when shop was quite busy and staff served everyone in the same friendly manner, smoothly and quickly. Well done Carr's?

I asked if the frozen pasties could be cooked in an air fryer, and was told the latest printed boxes have details on, but the print run hasn't been done on all the products yet, so one of the lads wrote down the details for me. How's that for service eh ?. The sticker's now in a prominent place on my fridge ?

I usually love carrs cheese pasties and also the jalapeño and cheese but I tried the frozen ones and they taste like completely different pasties to the ones sold hot in there shops, they were not very nice at all and I won’t be eating them again.

Popped into Carrs for Pasties as who doesn’t love a local pastie from Carrs! i spotted some cute gingerbread Christmas biscuits on the counter by the till but no price on them, bought two as figured they couldn’t be that expensive! How wrong was I… I was charged £2.80 for one small gingerbread biscuit, one penguin £2.80 and one reindeer also at £2.80, yes you read correctly £2.80 each! I didn’t say no when I saw the price and of course I didn’t ask the price, so I bought them as there was a queue behind me but I was seething at the price for one biscuit! Now Carrs do not make these, they are made by the Original Biscuit Bakers and even when you look on their website their biscuits are expensive but even so buy 10 from them and it’s still cheaper than the inflated price Carrs are charging for one biscuit! Sorry Carrs but display the price on your products, I nearly bought your mince pies but 6 for £4.95 was again very over priced but at least they were priced! We know and appreciate everything has increased in price but seriously £2.80 for one small gingerbread biscuit is an absolutely rip off! I can get two almost identical ones from a local bakery cheaper! I admit they were nice…
