Good was ok nothing to write home about. Service was very poor we were only people in and still took ages for food to be served, food forgot about and then to top of the night over £60 was added to the bill for things we had not even had and when questioned he said pay what you want, he knew what he was doing. When asked for an itemised bill he was too busy. Will not be returning!Kid-friendliness: Not really and kids ice cream served in a plastic drinking cup

We stumbled across this while out as a family group of 9. The staff were super attentive and the food was prompt and delicious. Our meal was one of the best I have experienced in the last few years eating out in the Uk and overseas. I would highly recommend this place. I had the tagliatelle docelatte ? The Italian wines were very nice also.

Four of us went to Ciao Napoli on Friday 22nd December for a Xmas get together. We had 3 courses from the Festive Menu for £24.50. All of us were really happy with the food, which was delicious as usual. We shared 2 bottles of red wine which was reasonably priced and nice. The vegetarian options are good to. We would all highly recommend Ciao Napoli. The staff are all very nice and efficient. We would highly recommend Ciao Napoli. You won't be disappointed!

We had are Christmas do here on Friday 15th, from the Christmas menu pre-booked, when we arrived we were told the potatoes would be 1hour and a half for the turkey dinner!. When the dinner arrived the gravy was very salty the vegetables were very hard, pigs in blankets under cooked and all served with Chips!. So 9 people didn't eat the meal and then they added £19 surcharge on the bill !! The staff were rude.We won't be returning to this restaurant ever again ?.

Been meaning to try this for a long time and finally did. Food was fantastic and Diego was a star, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
