Awful service. No care at all for anything served. Asked to take away and no lid was put on the chocolate fondue so spilt everywhere in the bag. AvoidMy family visited this place last week. So it is definitely here. Sorry but really bad all round.

Shocking service the way they treat these young people, my grandson went in with money and attempted an order, by the way he wasnt abusive was asked to leave as they claim there were 15 children in kicking off this isn’t true there were 6 trying to order. Why do these young people get treated like this, I wouldn’t shop there if this is how there treated

Milkshake was super thick just like I wanted it but it was very very sweet. Wouldn't go here again. Kaspas uses an icecream base that has less sugar which tastes so good when you add a chocolate to make a milkshake. Was so excited to try this place out but was defo a waste of money..

We ordered from here at 2:25am (they shut at 2:30am - feeling pretty guilty but they made it, delivered it, and to an exceptional level, I had the biscoff waffle it has soo much biscoff sauce and crumbs much better than any waffle i’ve had before 10/10 in every aspect

Collected from little lever got home in 3 minutes and this is what it looked like. It has happened twice in a row now, very poor tango ice blasts! will not be going back there again especially for one at £5.50 each.

Only discovered this gem recently and am so impressed! Fantastic desserts, accurate orders and beautully packaged plus speedy delivery. The staff are so polite and attentive. Highly recommend.

Took two hours to be delivered, a staggering 90 minutes later than what it said expected delivery. Phoned up to enquire and was told it was going to be 20 minutes, after already waiting 20 minutes past the expected time. Phoned up again after 30 minutes and still no show, to be told that I had ordered front the wrong store (not that the app of which I ordered from , which must have made an error with the geolocation)Then to be told it was being delivered from another shop and it was on its way. To then wait another 30 minutes.Although polite on the phone the customer service was still abysmal as they made no attempt to try and fix the issue or compensate for the delays
Ordered via Uber eats . Uber eats are just a scam , however Cube do the best desserts . We ordered cookie dough, choc cake with custard and half/half waffle they were all 5* . Will definitely order again or pay them a visit and eat there .

I ordered three waffles for my kids and just wanted to come on here to praise the staff and the quality of the deserts. The deserts was absolutely delicious and generous size for what u pay for. The quality and presentation was 10/10 and not to forget to mention how tasty it was. Also the customer service from start to finish was also 10/10. I will definitely come here again. ?

Very bad service. The worker on the phone kicked off with us and said to us we had attitude and argue all the time when on Uber eats they tell us it’s going to come at 10:30 and ends up coming after 11 after they shut. If you can’t do delivery then don’t provide the service. Absolutely shocking customer service from this branch and will never be ordering from here again. Said to us on the phone that we always complain but it’s because of their rude workers we are never satisfied. Takes the mick to come as well over about 2 hours for 2 items. A joke.
