Staff are really friendly, selection wasn't great and the prices! Wow! How do they keep open! You can get souch more for less elsewhere. Their stuff isn't bad but it's not worth what they charge. I doubt they'll be around in the next 10 years.

Never again! This is the second I have bought something from there and I have not appreciated the customer service I have received and both times I was served by the same lady! I ordered a chicken and mushroom pie and the cashier put the pie in a ripped paper bag. When I picked up the pie it almost dropped on the floor but I caught it in time... the only thing is that the stuffing spilt on my jeans. The Cashier who had seen what happened just stood there waiting for me to leave. When I told her that the bag she gave me was ripped, she offered no apology and no help whatsoever. Her response was to hand me a new bag followed by “There you go, it’s not ripped now and it’s a good thing you caught it.” I then had to ask for a tissue even though she could see that I had chicken and mushroom on my thighs. Not the service or treatment I expect to receive as a paying customer.

Had to queue but once in as always plenty of goodies and friendly staff.. The flour cakes are the best iv ever had.. Ummmm
