I would like to make an official complaint about the shocking customer service/verbal abuse I received last night. When I rang the restaurant to find out why our food had not arrived after 35 minutes of the promised time I spoke to a male. He told me to ring back at 4pm the next day. I told him I wanted the take away tonight not tomorrow. I can't repeat on here what his response was but it was shocking to say the least
