Went there today with my mate, it was fun, they didn’t have any problems with us staying longer even after done eating, it was a whole good experience and the meal is really good.

I promised the restaurant I would do thisIve ordered twice now from the Wigan branchI've got to say it's the best food I've tasted in a very long time ,won't be ordering from anywhere in st Helens anymore.Had the king Kong burger ,chips and donner and chicken kebab first timeSecond was again king Kong burger and large chipsWhere do I start, the burger was cooked to perfection and very tasty ,the beef and the chicken literally just falls apart ,so so goodThe chips ,hot , perfectly cooked ,just enough crispiness and seasoned really tasty againThe kebab was incredible ,chicken and Donner ,best tasting diner meat I've had ,chicken again fell apart ,melt in the mouth and very tastyThey sent me some breaded chicken also I think to try and again absolutely cooked to perfectionIf I could give more than five stars I would and I would highly recommendOh both times food was exactly on time aswellThis is the Wigan branch on Bryn streetOnly thing I would say is guys if you read thisCan't find you on Google , no phone number ,and no website, the one I find is for Bolton or Manchester and I can't order off it as it says I'm too far. So I'm stuck to using just eatWould love to be able to phone or order from you directly as don't have money on card all the timeAnd also guys would be nice to have a BBQ sauce option aswell , can't see one on just eatWould like to try the burger with thisBut my god this place is so goodCan't say it enough , I'll be ordering again next week.Absolutely incredible ,tasty perfection foodOrder and see for yourselves

I ordered the new patty animalz burger which I also added extras to for a very reasonable price. I also had the steaky loaded fries which came with free add on’s.. both were absolutely delicious and huge portions especially for the price. I have ordered again through Uber eats but unfortunately unlike my first order which I was happy with. The second time they delivered my order an hour after it left the shop and obviously it was cold.. even worse it wasn’t even my order ?♀️ got a fraction of my cost refunded by them and totally ignored since ? upshot is i will order directly from hashtag burgers in future and know I’ll get exactly what I asked for.. you have to try this place it’s the bomb ????

Great food but took almost 2 hours to arrive we ordered over the phone and the delivery driver didn’t even come near the house he sat right at the end of the road until I walked to him then asked do you want me to give it here or over there so he must have known where to drop it off but was to lazy and there was another guy just chilling in the front seat of the car with the delivery.

Awful staff (ignoring you), extremely long waiting. This is ruining the whole experience. They are even treating bad the Uber eats driver.

Went in and ordered, it wasn’t busy when I ordered and I was with my partner, the guy had horrible service to me and ignored my partner for 10 minutes until I said something, we waiting 40 minutes whilst plenty of Uber eats drivers and other walk in orders came in after us and got their food before us, I said something at 30 minutes and the guy just ignore me and walked off absolutely shocking service the guy was absolutely useless, Uber eats said 30 mins waiting for delivery so walk in shouldn’t be 40 mins!
One of my friend from Europe told me in Uk ,Restaurants and takeaways not giving tissues and ketchups with food. He was right ,I realised after a long time ☹️

Really Good Food and good price for it!
