Indian Restaurants in Bolton

“Edit: Most recent visit somehow more fantastic. Please always be this amazing.Mum came in today to get popadoms, chicken bhuna, rice, naan - only going to repeat what everyone else is saying, seriously brilliant. Some places round Bolton are sub-par, oily, low-quality - this is authentic. We're picky-eaters and ate every bit. Really well done.”

“Excellent food and service. A big menu but ask your server for recommendations. Try something different from your usual. Spice levels clearly shown. Portion sizes are quite big so bear in mind if you're having starters or sweets. Cobra on draft and bottled kingfisher available”

“Well, If I talk about food, undoubtedly they offer authentic South Indian flavoured dishes. Be it be dosa or vada, it takes you back home. It’s the best South Indian food I have tried so far!!! But on service side, I think they need the most improvement.!!!! I will rate 1 in service aspect of the restaurant. No water was offered during visit, after several follow ups we got our starters and for mains we really waited for more than 45 min.We were planning to celebrate my birthday with Dosa competition among us, but we got dosas one after another. That litterly spoiled our evening.Since food is really amazing, I suggest one should not miss that. So, here are some tips for getting good service at a restaurant:-Go during off-peak hours. This will help to ensure that you get your food quickly and that the staff is not too busy to be attentive.-Be polite and patient. The staff is more likely to be helpful if you are kind to them.Vegetarian options: Authentic South Indian flavour in mysore dosa! Just loved it”

“My favourite Indian Takeaway ever! Always look forward to visiting my friend Cathy who lives nearby, as it’s even better than our local which is amazing. There is a varied and interesting menu - everything we’ve tried has been fresh and delicious including hoppers for a starter which I’d never heard of before. But nothing beats my absolute favourite - Murghi Bhaji main!!”
