Went for an afternoon tea experience with my partner for our anniversary. It was awesome, lovely views, excellent customer service, gorgeous views and magnificent food and drink. The only thing for us that let our experience down was that we didn't have the opportunity to stay the night (due to other commitments) to enjoy the full variety of things that this place has to offer. Oh well there is always next time, we look forward to booking with you again soon.

First time here and it was amazing. Good wedding venue. There are small shops and a bar, great village to walk around, would be alot better in the summer. Standard of the rooms were good. For us the reception staff were none attentive. The lady that was booking us in was still dealing witha problem from guests that arrived before us. I thought this was rude as it took twice as long to get booked. There were no smiles or welcoming greeting. Still a great place.

Stayed one night in their standard double room with dinner, and breakfast. The room was immaculate, with plenty of storage and the usual tea/coffee making facilities. Bed was clean and comfortable and bathroom was also spotless.Vegan dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. All staff from restaurant, to bar and reception were very friendly.

We booked a table in the restaurant, the staff were very welcoming and efficient throughout our stay. The meal was absolutely delicious and there were four clean plates when we finished. We couldn't fault the service in any way. We had a starter between the four of us and then the main meal, the experience was absolutely fabulous and we would definitely visit again. ?

I have just had 3 spa treatments for a birthday surprise. Lana who did my treatment and she was so lovely and brilliant at her job. I will be going again but only if Lana is available. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and happy Birthday for tomorrow

Amazing stuff on reception room was big but had a bed side lamp out and a trunk. Missing out skirting boardBut apart from that the room was great we went to the put behind hotel and was told we would have to leave by 8 and was not severing food after 7 as they have booked the full pub out the spa is amazing the staff are great it’s clean shame that the new build homes block the view from the hot pool now we got breakfast included and it was so nice lots of choice to eat something for everyone

Found this place last minute manged to get a room full spar treatment and use of all other spare facilities which are amazing. The hole facilities are clean and all staff members extremely nice and friendly most of all helpful couldn't ask for more. Due to that reason we book an extra night .Now the massage was once again amazing extremely clean and my therapist listened to my needs and was attentive. The food again presentation was on point and tested like it looked. I'll recommend both restaurants. The rooms were clean and had everything u needed and if you need more they have 24hr room service and bar too. In short me and the wife enjoyed our stay and thank all the staff, we will be making this somewhere we go regularly. Price compared to others online is cheaper but that's not a reflection on there quality. Would make an amazing wedding venue which they do .Rooms: Clean and has everything you need

Every member of staff we spoke to were polite and made us feel most welcome. The place itself is lovely. All the food we had was really nice. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The spa facilities were great and the massage was the best I've ever had. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and will be going back and hopefully for a longer stay.

We stayed at the Last Drop Village and Spa for 3 nights for a city visit. It was ideal for us as we were visiting Manchester and going g to the Lake District. The rooms were good. There were clean (we inspected!) and quite spacious. We were 3 adults in a Classic Family Room. However, there were a number of cracks on the walls and not plastered up well... this was the only downsize to the stay, but it didn't affect our stay. The service was phenomenal! All of the team were polite and extremely helpful. A massive shout out to Rosie, on front desk who was super helpful if providing items and information when required. The breakfast here is amazing. You have a wide variety of foods and if you are a vegetarian or vegan, there are food options here also, just ask! The aesthetics of the grounds were serene, picturesque. We took a walk around the grounds to discover the pub, bridal shop, hair salon and more. It truly is a little Village with its own postbox. And surprisingly a helipad too! (For those who want to arrive in style!) The hotel leads to the countryside and golfing facilities nearby for those who take up the sport. The spa is wonderful. You enter in through the changing rooms, to the main pool and from there, you have access to the thermal journey spa area- this was most enjoyable. The thermal pool was warm with a small 'waterfall' to allow it to hit on your back. Just outside of the thermal pool are the 6 sauna/steam rooms, each with their own function to evoke relaxation and a refreshing shower to help you hydrate alongside the water fountain. There is a limitation on timing to the facilities (only because of its popularity with the local residents). Guests can use it until 1pm and after 8pm without booking, however you do not need to pay to book if you want to use if during 1pm and 8pm, just notify at the spa reception - delightful! It was a shame we didn't have more time to eat at the restaurant itself, but I am happy to know of this charming oasis to return on another occasion in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic time. The staffs were really lovely and helpful. The surrounding is perfect. The little village is very nice to visit. The swimming pool and Spa was clean. The bedroom is a bit small. The food was very good and the staff were nice and polite.

Booked a 2 night stay, left after one night. This is most definitely not a 4 star hotel, and needs reevaluating. Or perhaps this is a 4 star hotel… if the year is 1970…?I booked an executive suite, but I seriously can’t work out what was executive about it. The room was very dated and was not clean to a good standard. Carpets were grubby, headboard full of dust, bathtub dirty and slimy, kettle dirty. The hallways, room and restaurant particularly felt really clammy and grubby and there was an odd smell which I am assuming is from the clammy feeling. We had breakfast included in our stay, but I couldn’t recommend it. The restaurant didn’t feel clean and didn’t have a welcoming atmosphere. The table was sticky and the breakfast area was full of grease, disappointing. We were excited to try the spa prior to arriving, but seeing people in the infinity pool overlooking the car park smoking/vaping put us off completely.Last Drop Village itself is a large area, but there are houses close along the perimeter, causing for it not to feel like an exclusive break away.Very overpriced for what is available. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Waste of money.

We loved our time at the last drop Village Hotel, we had an evening meal and breakfast which were both perfect. The staff are very friendly, especially those on reception. However, my only criticism is naming a bedroom a ‘cottage room’ doesn’t detract from the fact that it’s a basic hotel room, I was quite disappointed with the room, and the fact that there was no remote control for the television, making it useless. Other than that we loved our time here.

We booked this as a weekend break with family to attend a hen do locally but wanted somewhere for our toddler to be based and a pool. Check in was quick and easy although we didn’t all arrive together which proved a little tricky with giving car reg in. Although we had booked together and asked to be close by we where not in the same building although we where very close to each other. We where placed in a family block/room. Which was the only thing I can fault the hotel on. The family rooms are opposite the pub which with a young toddler to put to bed at 7pm wasn’t ideal with all the noise from outside we had to keep the windows closed even though it was hot. But luckily for us it rained the other nights so was much quieter. The bed position for the child’s bed isn’t ideal next to a radiator with a gap big enough to fall down but not get out of at the head end so would have required two sets of bed guards and the radiator turning off. (Not ideal if you visit in the winter). The room my parents was in was much better suited for a family to stay in so no idea why we where placed in our room. Breakfast is great lots of selection from continental to full English. All the food is fresh and good quality. I would suggest going early as it gets very busy later into service especially at the weekend. The pool and spa area is great, our toddler loved swimming each day and is nice and warm! They provide towels which is helpful as you don’t need to get them dry between swims! There is a double width lane for family’s to swim in plus two swimming lengths lanes. Then the adult only spa section is great with a nice selection of sauna and stream rooms (I think around 5 different ones) and a lovely hot spa infinity pool (shame about the views I’ve the car park) but would highly recommend making use of it. Never seemed to be very busy regardless of the time of day which was nice. We would stay again but would consider asking for a different room.

The hotel stay was booked through, Buy a gift.com and was one of the spa hotel packages offered on the website from the choices. Myself and partner put this hotel in to our top three for facilities and rooms as advertised on the website for buy a gift and also the website of the hotel and spa. But on checking in wasn’t sure if we had made the best choice. When we arrived in the room the room was pretty basic even though we had opted to upgrade, we was charged 20 pound to upgrade but on the website it said 33 pound so not sure if it was as the member of staff said on (checkout) her colleagues mistake and would be speaking to her or if we had not received what we had booked but we will never know. The spa facility’s where not really much, apart from the hydrotherapy pool which was hot and relaxing also the swim up pool, looks over onto the car park or into peoples houses as there is extensive house building work taking place and so The advertised views are not really there. Breakfast was ok, continental section available and then hot food is served to you at your table. Make sure u check your order as I asked for everything on the menu on my plate and only really got two of my egg choices. So all in all not good I think and on checkout was asked if everything was ok and nearly said yes but then was pushed, into saying about the room and one of the colleagues in the background raised his eyebrows and looked to say o no here we go.
