Food is fine .But I had an issue with Uber delivery driver taking too long then swearing.I rang the takeaway to cancel as food had been waiting far too long and I didn't want that driver coming.The restaurant wouldn't cancel, told me to complain to Uber put phone down .They could cancel via uber and I would have received a refund but they wanted their cash I suppose. Yes the driver is not their responsibility but I mentioned they could start telling these Uber guys to stop doing multiple drop offs else don't deliver. Anyway they didn't cancel and I received cold food. Basically no loss to themselves or the driver, the customer comes last.I was happily watching football and relaxing on a Saturday evening and had to deal with this .

The peri wrap from Mash's Wing Ranch Express was a taste sensation! The flavors were perfectly balanced, spicy but not overpowering. And Uzair? His service was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell he takes pride in providing top-quality customer service.

Absolutely appalled at the decline in customer service. We have been regular customers at the takeaway and not previously had any issues. However, ordered over the last two days and there has been an issue each time, yesterday I let it slide when my chicken arrived without the skin and the breast singed but today the customer service led me to leave a review. I ordered a half bird combo and wing combo, the chips are inedible due to the amount of salt but what has really made me angry was that when we rang the store to say the flat bread from the half bird combo was missing, the person on the other end of the phone spoke as if he was accusing us of lying about a flatbread. I would like to state that why on earth would anyone have to lie about a missing flatbread, the cost in comparison to the meal must be about 50 pence! Sat here waiting for replacement chips and the missing flatbread whilst chicken has gone cold. I am appalled by the customer service and they should be ashamed of themselves to treat loyal and regular customers the way they have!
