Nice restaurant. Nice people. Awful male toilet facilities. Totally appalling for the size of the customer area. This site needs external inspection by the local council officers.

If I could give this store 0 score I would, absolutely shocking waiting over an hour for food then when it arrives it’s so cold I thought it was still frozen, called the store to be told it’s nothing to do with them & that they aren’t willing to do anything and told me to call Uber as they delivered it, even though I ordered through the McDonald’s app, called Uber to be told it was delivered in an acceptable amount of time and they wouldn’t on this occasion give me a refund, so paid for food which went straight in the bin.Surely if food has been sat waiting for 20mins common sense would tell you it was cold but apparently McDonalds policy is they aren’t allowed to replace the food.

Slow, cold food and recently gotten so expensive I have decided to not use McDonald's again. Can get far better quality and size meals elsewhere for a lot less. Typical greedy conglomerate who will shoot themselves in the foot eventually with their greeed. People are getting wise and turning their backs on these companies and their tactics.

I placed an order and waited for about 10 minutes. Then my order number on the screen disappeared. When I asked where my order was, they talked among themselves saying that we had given it to them etc. Then the manager dismissed it by saying I was waiting for a chip. I said okay and sat at a table because I was sick. When my order was ready Instead of being given and apologizing, they were joking and laughing among themselves about my order. It was not a pleasant service on a sick day.

The wait was over 20 minutes, and nobody said anything. about 6 staff was together not doing anything,while we waited so I went and sat down still waiting ,they just kept chatting and looking around,Chinese young girl with red tie was one of them not doing anything,a guy with long dreads was cooking in the back and dropped food on floor picked it up quickly and carried on doing what he was doing ,when we finally got our food ,we left and when i went check my food I noticed my burger was in a few pieces not whole as it should be,I didn't eat it as I assumed it may be the dropped food

Don't bother with the drive through. No such thing. They will just park you up and serve just eat etc orders

Food was cold when it arrived and a Big Mac was missing. This is the second time in a row where we’ve had one of our items

absolute joke ordered food through uber eats.. first off my mozzarella sticks were missing but sent the dip for them, thanks..then eating the big tasty realised it wasn’t a smoky flavoured sauce as described but big mac sauce?!

Teach your staff the proper way of not making food until the driver is in the restaurant. Absolutely sick of freezing cold food from this place past time i order. Night staff can not cook properly.

Average McDonald's stop, the food was prepared in a rush and and slopily thrown on the tray but you get what you pay for which is a cheap and accessible meal.

An awful example of MacDonalds. Food came out cold, we returned it and the second one was cold. Ended up taking it home and put it in the microwave.The staff are rude.
