We ordered from here at 4.30pm on a Friday for delivery. At 17.50 I called the takeaway and offered to collect. I was told it was out for delivery. At 18.30 I called back as I hadn't received it. I was told they would call back when they spoke to the driver. No call back. I called and cancelled my order as it would be too cold. I was told I would be refunded electronically. Over a week later and no refund. I Think I was just told I'd be refunded to stop me calling. Its not appropriate when people are spending their hard earned money.

I have been going to Pitstop for 20 years and my last experience was very disappointing. I ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was completely wrong. I went in the following evening to complain and the customer service was appalling. They refused to offer any sort of compensation or even compromise and were completely rude. Make sure you check your order before you leave or better still use another take away that appreciates the people that pay for their service.

Great food and great prices. The cheese garlic bread is the best I've ever tasted. The portion of mixed kebab on garlic bread is enough for 2 people! Fast and freshly made. Free parking directly outside.

Ordered food at 7:22pm it is now 9:15pm. Rung up at 8:45pm to see where food was gave our address again to be told food will be another 10 to 15 mins and given attitude being told ' well its a Friday night and we are busy ' BTW its a Saturday not Friday. Rung up again at 9:10pm to be told ' well we don't deliver to your address as its to far and I did try ringing 5 mins after the order so we havnt even started making it' they didn't try ringing us at all as all our phones where on and didn't ring once by them. The attitude and lies from this place is ridiculous and un called for. First and last time ordering from here. What's the point of saying a time if you havnt started the food! No standards or customer service skills at all.If I didn't have to give a star I really wouldn't.

Not been here for a long time ,we used to go regular but last time we did it cost me a small fortune, might just have been a one off mistake, we wanted a good pizza on Saturday so drove up ,checked the price and ordered ,the food was fantastic, looks like we will start to go again .

Phoned at 5.35pm. Placed an order and was told it would be 40/45 mins. Rang back twice and still sat waiting at 7.20pm. Absolutely disgusting service and when asked if we’d het this at a reduced rate was told no !!!! Kids sat here starving will definitely not be using pit stop again. Totally no regard for its customers only interested in the money. Shame on you pit stopThe young girl on the phone was absolutely lovely, couldn’t apologise enough and it’s not even her fault xx

Always fab food from here! Ordered a doner kebab & mixed plus chips & a Garlic bread with cheese. The garlic bread is always SO good & tasty. Authentic base not standard. Quick delivery & hot on arrival. Loved it! Will never hesitate to order from here again ??

Ordered online 60 min wait...almost 2 hrs later the food came...cold burnt pizzas...cold fries...luke warm wings !! ..this is after i rang to see where order was to be told just cooking it now....3 minutes later food arrived !!!....last couple of times not been great but tonight was the final straw !!! Taking full pizzas back tomorrow getting refund & won't bother again....customer service shocking !!! Food shocking !!!
