I went to visit the pub today with my dog .. the staff are very accomadating to dogs obviously she wasbonly allowed in the pool area .. but lydia gave me water for my dog .. i ordered food and ordered the dog some sauages which she loved .. its a very friendly relaxing place to go and will definately be going again soon .. thanks team also my food was lovely chicken and backn wrap cooked by ash. Great service from all involved x

Naughty Elf Party, 8th December. Attended this ticket only event with my friend & our two kids. They absolutely loved it, they had party games, food, drink, a visit from a naughty elf & then a little gift on leaving. My little man loved it. Staff are brilliant, they get involved & are just lovely. Will definitely return for future events. Thank you Red Lion team brilliant as always xx

Took my husband's 4 year old great-granddaughter this afternoon for a play in the Wacky and an early tea. Arrived at the Wacky at 2pm. It was quiet, which is to be expected during school hours, but she found a little friend to play with. The lady working there was lovely, very friendly. Plus drinks are very really reasonable, £1.29 for Fruit Shoot was a welcome surprise. We then went into the pub at 3.30pm to eat. We ordered chicken burgers as all burgers are currently bogof on Fridays. Huge portions! Plus the meal for the little one was a great size, even though we'd selected the meal deal for younger children. The lady serving us was really good, incredibly efficient. We spent less than £25 for 2 adult meals, a latte, a large soft drink and a child's meal deal which included a Fruit Shoot and ice cream. Plus there were free crayons and colouring sheets. The food came quickly too, which is always a bonus with a 4 year old who is hungry after playing!

My food was ok . But my partners mixed grill was not.1st time it came out was cold so complained , waited another 20 mns or so for them to do a other.came out guess qhat was Cold qgain!!!!!.My partner ended up telling them to want a refund so they refunded the price of her meal thays it . Didn't even really get an apology or anthringShame really.becuae we were regulars there, but after this last visit, I think that's it for a pong long time .

Dine most Friday evenings with my partner this Friday was no different. Staff always lovely. Lidia young manager is always lovely. Didn’t like hearing a younger member of team telling tables that she had just been shouted at when I was stood at the bar 5 minutes prior when the same member of staff was shouting over me multiple times when trying to order. Lovely team and our Friday night treat Korean burgers all round.

The food was very nice, well priced. Great service, all staff are friendly and helpful.The drains need to look at, in both the pub and the wacky warehouse, the smell was sickening! We were unfortunate to be sat by the toilets in both the pub and wacky :/

Have been here lots of times and always get warm friendly service. I particularly enjoy the chicken New Yorker off the menu.The smartphone quiz on a Monday evening, it is free to play and lots of fun.Venue has a massive car park and they have a wacky warehouse as well

Came here for tea last night was very busy but the staff was brilliant couldn't of asked for better service. Was told it was an hour wait for a table however a lovely lady found us one pretty much straight away. Then food was going to be 45 minutes I was with my partner and two children. A member of staff heard my children say they wanted their tea and they brought them a bowl of chips and hurried their tea up. Wait was only about 30 min. Service was 10 out of 10 could not of asked for better. Thankyou guys your doing a brilliant job.

Fantastic time at a private session at the Wacky, kids had a great time. Loved the new Tandoori Chicken Sizzler on the menu, definitely will be ordering again. Service was fab and as always every time we come Vicky was a super star

Been a few times and usually have no complaints. Went on Sunday and the service was very slow. Got our food and 1 of our party ordered a chicken wrap, the chicken was frozen (not cold i mean literally frozen). Alerted the waitress and was very apologetic and offered us a refund and replacement plus a free dessert, which was appreciated. Last time we will be visiting though.

We found a table quite easily ( clean so not a problem), we were not told that there was a 30 minute wait for food so wasn't the best. Food was served by a girl with black hair and glasses, I tried to help her with plates as she looked like she was struggling and all I got one "stop I've got it", so rude and she clearly doesn't know how carry plates properly. Thinks she's needs to be shown how it's done. Not even 5 minutes later "your food alright", I'm sorry but I hadn't even touched my food yet. Wish she had done it later as my girlfriends sweet potato fries were cold and the skillet that the strips came on wasn't even hot. It's called a sizzling skillet for a reason. Used to enjoy coming here, not anymore. Going down the road next time.
