absolutely shocking. I had made an order was told may be a little longer due to being busy, I was perfectly fine with that just as long as my food has showed up. I rang over an hour and 30 mins just to see where my order was and apparently it hadn’t even been put down for order, I then said but I’ve been waiting over an hour and 30 for it, the manager then started being extremely aggressive towards me and then shut the phone off on me. I tried calling back and unfortunately I was being ignored. I’ve been coming to this place for a long time but I won’t be no more! absolutely terrible customer service!

Ordered for delivery, driver was superb and speedy, the food was still hot when we received it and just overall amazing service. I've been a regular for some time, definitely one of the best takeaways in Bolton. Arrived within 20-25 minutes of ordering.

Very low at service and messed my order also had a sign hid behind a menu above the til where you'd have to actually look for it saying price changed where you could not see it so then the price was all different very not professional

Order food from here often and never have nay complaints. Today our food wasn't due to arrive until 19.10pm at the earliest. It arrived at 18.40pm in record time. The delivery driver proceeded to apologise for not being quick enough despite being ahead of time. I would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff and especially to him as he was so concerned he was late that we didn't get chance to say thankyou to him for being ahead of time and delivering our food piping hot. Please give him our sincerest thanks and let him know we truly appreciate his work.

Ordered on uber eats. Rang up when food never arrived to which they say will be here in 10 mins. 20 mins later I ring again for them to say we are busy we only have one driver. I ask for a estimated time for them to hang up. Food cold when got here. I normally use these alot. Not anymore.
