Disgusting attitudes from the front of house staff, rude, arrogant. The friendliest people were the customers, im ashamed this manager is allowed to be a part of this once great franchise.

Boiling hot inside, staff were pretty miserable, was shocked when I was told I had reach the limit of what salad I could put in my foot long!! £9 for a sandwich and there putting restrictions on what salad you can put on?? Joke! Won’t be going back!

- my food was nice but the man who served us kept forgetting what I’d asked for as he was making it (e.g. he put tomatoes on instead of cucumbers)- I came with my nanna and she had a coffee and it was way too hot and they didn’t ask what kind she wanted- we both wanted a meal deal and they did one for my nanna but didn’t do it for me for some reason (we weren’t sure if they still did meal deals so we asked and the man said yes and we told him we both wanted one but then didn’t do one for me just charged the normal price and didn’t ask if I wanted crisps or a cookie)

We were going to dine in but the staff weren’t helpful and seemed pretty miserable and rude when I ordered so decided to choose take out instead. The bread I chose was stale - never had stale bread from a Subway before! Will stick to my local branch in future.

Even after asking to put more salad on veg. delight, answer is only allowed to put restricted salad.Vegetarian options: There is salads for vegetarian on any style subs. They will put enough salad and cheese with meat option but reluctant to put enough salad for vegetarian

Wasn't mad busy inside, took a very long time to get served, the staff are always friendly and helpful, give yourself plenty of time if you want a subway, will probably be stuck in the queue.

I was there todayLong queue because there was just two staff serving and they're talking to others costumers from the same country and have the same languageThey talked on the food and that was disgustingThey spoke they're mother language all the time and I find that rudeHad to wait about 30min to be served and for the lady to do me and my boyfriend sandwichI've been in quite a lot subway and never had to complain but this time it was awfulNot going back to thereThey have to give a proper training to the staff and teach them to be polite and do their job instead of speaking with others in they're languageAnd be more quick and clean

Ordered via Just Eat. Order was delivered to the wrong address. After the order paying a very long visit to a neighbouring address the order eventually arrived freezing cold and incomplete. Staff member at the shop said I had to take it back to gain a refund despite having paid delivery charge and it being their mistake. Spoke to a different member of staff who was equally unhelp and was unable to grasp what the issue was. Horrific service!
