I ordered through deliveroo and worst mistake I ever made!If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I spent over £60.00 for nearly the whole of my order to be missing and the items I did receive had half of the salad missing and had been thrown into a box from a great height. I contacted the restaurant and was met with the attitude of oh my bad I forgot all those items and I was told that I needed to go and collect the missing items despite paying for the items to be delivered and then I was told to just get a refund from deliverooI was absolutely disgusted by the attitude of this restaurant and I would never order from these people ever againAbsolute rip off merchantsNEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF COMPLETELY!!!

Made an order on Deliveroo. Because they never send the right cookies on the order I called to ask them to put in specific cookies. They took my details and said they'd ensure they did. Great service. Thank you.

Food is always nice just a bit stingy with the fillings sometimes. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, the staff are the most miserable people I’ve ever come across. Don’t ask about a subway card just send the card reader straight to payment so you lose out on points then they pull their faces when you want to add a subway card. Sat in one time and felt so uncomfortable.

Very poor experience today. I visited with my friend he chose 12"sub as a meal deal. I went for a box salad. I use subways often and always have a salad as I'm on a diet so bread is not currently part of my diet. Firstly the service was poor, no greeting, 3 staff reacting like it's an inconvenience to serve you. The salad box only had enough lettuce to just cover the bottom of the box and I only had tomato cucumber and sweetcorn with that. My meat choice was chicken. We are in and when we left my friend said thank you and there was no acknowledgement of us having spent our money there! Not even a goodbye! Very poor unappreciative customer service. I think it's showing as permanently closed because they don't like their poor reviews.

The most boring sunway ive ever bed to staff look like they couldn't be botherd food cold when i asked for it to be the hot melt ig was in five seconds if thatVegetarian options: Looked like slabs of brick not apealing at all

Food taste good but straight after it gives me stomach ache, i think hygeine here is maybe bad or food isn't kept right, either way something wrong here as no other subeay causes me same troubles. Its been like this for 4 years from when i used to eat in morning at uni. I always thought it was me but after trying different subway stores which never caused me any stomach trouble it is just this branch in general. Please sort it out.Vegetarian options: Plenty but a lot of cross contamination i seen when there, my lettuce had jalapenos in which obviously fell into the lettuce section by mistake but was not removed or noticed.

i ordered today at 27.11.22. i ordered 2 12 inches which i received but ordered 2 of the pudding cookies and 1 3 cookies of rainbow and 1 3 cookies of chocolate chunk. i have only received 1 of the chocolate chunk and one of the rainbow even though the receipt says 3 cookies and i PAID FOR 3 COOKIES. the prices has skyrocketed and i have been going here for years. the good thing is that when i called them, the man seemed to have good customer service and apologised for it (other reviews said it was horrible but i didn't have the woman) and he agreed to give it to me when i pick it up tomorrow (my dad has work now). my sub was cold by the time i ate it but i never experienced something like this before.
