Very much enjoyed the food, the best subway I’ve been too, highlighted by the excellent service and attentiveness from the staff.Compared to other subways I’ve been to, I’ve never received better service, especially from Imogen, who’s there almost all the time.

Last time that I ordered food online I did it wrong and I went to the restaurant to buy another one and the employees gave me a new one and they didn’t charge me, even though it was my mistake. Very polite and nice, thank you.

The staff attitude is not good all, he was not polite to customer.Very rude guys. He also is also a racist.I think the management need to look into this as soon as possible.Vegetarian options: He was very rude on putting Vegetarian in my meal.

After not being in a Subway for years, I went in harassed and hot with my 3 young, fussy sons, but my mood improved quickly, as all my queries were answered by a lovely, polite young lady. She went above and beyond, not only advising me on the available food options, but checking that all my sons were happy with their choices throughout!! Super service, clean, and fresh food - well stocked! Thank you - I will definitely visit again!

Disappointing experience! Ordered 2 footlongs but asked them to be cut in half. At the end was charged for 4 6" subs. Only noticed after I paid as you can't really see what they ring up. Was told that I ordered as 4 x 6" subs and not as a footlong, which was a lie. Was told he couldn't do much about it and kept trying to say it was my fault, it was only when other customers behind me came, that he got the change out his own wallet and gave me the money. I told him there was no need for him to pay out his own wallet, just refund me the difference. He said he wasn't able to as I paid by card. Which every store can refund to card...its not an abnormal thing! He said he would sort it with the boss. So I did take the money as it wasn't pennies, it was £4 from a £16 bill (30%) markup! I don't think he would have refunded unless there were other customers waiting which made it even more embarrassing. All this time, the girl who served me hid in the back.Check before you receipt as no doubt they have done it before. All the subways I have been to have never priced it like this!Sounds like the Asian guy who did this, is the subject a lot of the 1 star reviews of the place.Food was good just the experience made me never want to revisit this place again.
